Genuinely lovely staff who are always helpful.
Sensibly priced food options in the hotel. Only a few minutes walk to the Mall of the Emirates and the Metro if you need anything else.
I stayed here with family. this hotel is excellent and the staff are exemplary.
To name a few, Surinder, Reena, Nagla were amazing and offered brilliant customer service.
The room which was a family room was very spacious and very comfortable.
The breakfast area is so good and the selection of the buffet is great. There is also a egg cooking station and the chefs that cook the eggs are so polite as they work under a lot of pressure from many guest orders. Well done to you guys.
The carpark is easy to access and easy to find parking.
The pool is great too and there is always a lifeguard on duty.
I recommend this hotel.

We are happy with our stay
I booked for a family of 4 which means l was supposed to get a room with 1 bed and 3 couches . When I wanted to book for extra room to accomodate my whole family I was told its fully booked for the next couple of days . I instantly booked through expedia and found a room for 2 days . When l tried to check in for that extra room l was told the booking doesnt extra . I tried to check inthe next day and was told heck in for the previous day was a no show and there was no refund for that .

Okay for the money you paid
Property is bit dated. But, you get what you paid for. Considering the price, it’s a good deal. Location is fantastic. Lots of restaurants around. Parking is convenient. Staffs are wonderfu.
Staff and service very good, food is superb and managing the buffets and dishes are good. Specially mentioned Manager Nagila from Egypt for her service and customer centric approach...

In the room there are recycle boxes by material which is great.
Moreover restaurant team is perfect as well. Omlette service, cleaning tables are excellent !
