So appreciative of a warm clean room after 24+ hours of international travel.
Pros:

We arrived early in the morning due to weather at DFW. Hotel manager greeted us and said our room was ready. Room was warm and clean and comfortable.

we weren't happy with the aesthetics of the hotel.
Pros:

Friendliness of the Staff was great. They made very good suggestions of where to eat during our stay.

Cons:

The Lobby chairs were worn and so were the chairs in our room. Also a roach crawled across the floor from the kitchen area.
