Cons:

They did not have the room we booked. They had no way to give us a key for our room so a manager had to walk us to our room every time to let us back in. They also gave us a handicap room in which we couldn’t even take a shower as you had to hold the handheld showerhead the entire time which made it impossible to wash your hair.
