Hotel was just fine
Pros:

Very good breakfast and the server was great; even though the hotel was booked solid for graduation weekend. The lady who checked us in made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

There was a connecting door between our room and the one next to it. One of the guests was loud. Wish they didn't put those doors between rooms.

A very quiet, comfortable stay. Really no complaints.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, clean, the pillows were nice. It was quiet in our room. The breakfast and seating area were nice.

Cons:

The old aesthetic. There were some places that had been painted some interesting colors, and not done well.

While the room was clean and adequate, the staff put a bad taste in our mouth.
Pros:

room was clean
breakfast was fine. It was difficult to discern between the person in charge of breakfast and one of the guests, as they were dressed very casually and were kind of buzzing around in a lot of people's way.
the bed was VERY hard, but I'm sure that is something some guests may enjoy.

Cons:

I didn't like how we were not met with even a "Hello" or "How can I help you?" when we checked in. There was a shift change and the person coming on to the shift was less than warm and welcoming. She did have enough energy to shoot an annoyed glance at the person who was leaving her shift, though, when she was kind enough to explain about there being a shift change. She was actually very nice and even told us to enjoy our stay when she saw us in the parking lot as she was leaving :)
When we were checking out, that person couldn't even look up at me. When I said, "We'd like to check out." her response was just "Room number?" Not once did she bother to look up nor thank us for staying.

Great Location
Pros:

The location to WBAFB is great. The rooms looked freshly painted. Staff was friendly. Contential breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Initial check in was smooth but a $100 security deposit was a surprise to us luckily I had it for them to charge. Kinda put a short spot on what we could spend while on vacation.

We used facility for a few hours

We did not stay for the night. Paid for a room so my twins could have their bday party there. They enjoyed it

Find somewhere else to stay.
Pros:

The water pressure was actually nice.

Cons:

Dirty. The place is under construction and my room was three doors down from it. When asked to move rooms they said they didn't have any. The parking lot was empty so I guess everyone that was staying there walked....
The room had broken sockets. It had dirt along the walls. Lights didn't work on one wall.
Elevator was gross too. Food stuck to the wall of it. Bugs on the floor.
The eating area wasn't any better.

I would stay there again for the same rate. I wanted to make sure I wasn't charged anything extra$$
Pros:

Lot of positives. Room was Clean, friendly staff, we enjoyed the pool, breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable. Parking close to room. Really no complaints.

Cons:

I couldn't find the "check out" time anywhere.
When I asked for a copy of my receipt, the couldn't provide one as it was " booked thru third party."
