Everything
No bath tub, entire property all are shower. By the way, it is minor thing compare to location and services.
First room had a broken bed. For attitude when checking out because I asked about charges on my card that I was not advised of.
The attitude at checkout.
While staying at element by Westin in Tomball a light pole fell on my car overnight. The pole was completely corroded at the base. My car was parked in the hotel parking lot. The facility gave me a managers card to contact when we checked out to contact for insurance claim. I have contacted that manager for the last 2 months with the same response “we will get back to you”. My insurance company got a hold of a new person who has not replied back. Do not stay here if you want anyone to communicate with you about an insurance claim that they should have filed.
it was close to a lot of things
the rooms weren’t the cleanliest
The hotel looked nice from the outside but things were falling apart inside.
My shower handle fell off when turning on the shower. Gnats were flying around in my room.
Breakfast is average the staff here and location are great!
Too many pets in rooms close to me. Dog barking is very annoying!
Very clean and offered nice amenities
Nothing
Shopping options were great
clean room
We walked in and walked out! It smelled so bad! It was the worst hotel I have been in.
Smelled horrible, run down, felt dirty.
