Element by Marriott Houston Vintage Park

I booked hotel for my Dad's birthday July 1st-5th. Rates understandably varied from $146 to $194 (July 4th) during my stay. Due to a family emergency I had to extend my stay at this hotel from July 5th (Sunday) to July 10th (Friday). When Hotel Manager extended my stay he locked me in at the highest rate $194/night for the rest of my stay. l was shocked when I saw the bill, and have left several messages for the manager to call me back, all to no avail......24 years with Marriott, Lifetime Gold and this hotel price gouged me. My family will never stay here again

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the amenities exceeded my expectations.

Everything about my stay was enjoyable, from the smooth check-in process to the excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. I look forward to coming back in the future.

I had such a great stay at Element! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. Marie at the front desk greeted me with a genuine smile, made check-in quick and easy, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

I also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Bhavesh, who made sure everything was good during my stay.

The hotel was spotless, the housekeeping & maintenance staff was very attentive to all my requests , my Studio King was spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was well-stocked, and Jose consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Element to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable!

This location is very clean and the people who work here are very sweet and nice and try to make it a really good stay when you are here

The pool pictures were very misleading they do not have any pool lounge chairs. Bathroom didn’t feel fully cleaned and rushed though with hairs in the shower

Friendly staff, clean.

It was too noisy in the hall.
The group of kids and parents were too loud.
Could not enjoy at all the hall / lobby. That was sad.

First room had a broken bed. For attitude when checking out because I asked about charges on my card that I was not advised of.

While staying at element by Westin in Tomball a light pole fell on my car overnight. The pole was completely corroded at the base. My car was parked in the hotel parking lot. The facility gave me a managers card to contact when we checked out to contact for insurance claim. I have contacted that manager for the last 2 months with the same response “we will get back to you”. My insurance company got a hold of a new person who has not replied back. Do not stay here if you want anyone to communicate with you about an insurance claim that they should have filed.

The hotel looked nice from the outside but things were falling apart inside.

Breakfast is average the staff here and location are great!
