It was the worst hotel experience of my life. Wife and daughter were terrified.

We were awakened multiple times throughout the night with people using a card key to open our door because the front desk gave away our room. Front desk banged on our door twice because their system didn't show us in the room. The first one (also the worker that checked us in and gave us the room, verified we were in the room, but apparently did not fix the system and did not pass on to the next worker. At 2am we were awakened to someone opening our door with a key hard and aggressively slamming the door into the manual lock we had. I informed them that the room was taken and to tell the front desk. 2 minutes later a different worker banged on our door. At this point I was beyond frustrated and angry. This worker had an attitude and wanted to know what we were doing in the room. I told him we were paying guests, were given the room by them, and this was the second time this had happened that evening. He took my name to check his system. I asked if he could assure me that they wouldn't send any more people to our room and wake up my wife and child. He told me he couldn't give me that assurance. When I pressed for that assurance, he threatened to throw us out of the hotel. It was the worst experience of my life. And the managers followup has been unsatisfactory.

Just one night and just fine. Overpriced like every other hotel in this area.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine for quick nourishment before getting out to our soccer game.

Cons:

The location was average - hidden behind Cracker Barrel and hard to see the sign for the hotel on Cortez Rd - make it bigger please!

It sucked unsafe for families
Pros:

Nothing we didn’t end up staying because there were homeless people shooting drugs in their arm in plain sight on the property.

Cons:

When we pulled into the parking lot there were 2 homeless people shooting up drugs by the dumpster on the property. We tried to cancel our reservation because this was not somewhere we felt safe, and we’re REFUSED a refund.
