Hmmm, slept well, The gentleman who checked us in was great ! He should be replacing the rude gal!

The front desk gal was very rude- The guy who checked us in in the afternoon was great ! Breakfast was horrible! Served "dryed out frozen bread" served various stages of what tasted like polish sausage, nasty coffee- When I complained, she blamed her boss-

It sucked unsafe for families
Pros:

Nothing we didn’t end up staying because there were homeless people shooting drugs in their arm in plain sight on the property.

Cons:

When we pulled into the parking lot there were 2 homeless people shooting up drugs by the dumpster on the property. We tried to cancel our reservation because this was not somewhere we felt safe, and we’re REFUSED a refund.

Very bad
Pros:

The first my room was dirty and smelled like a smoker. They moved to new for the night and they said that room hasn’t been deep cleaned for weeks. After that night they moved back to that room after deep cleaning the room smelled ok for few hours than the smell smoke came back. Spoke the front desk and there was nothing they can do since booked the with a 3rd party

Perfectly Outrageous
Pros:

The front desk clerk on the 1st day we arrived was & still is absolutely amazing, professional, accommodating & exceptional in every aspect of his job. You definitely need more like him. His name is Daniel. Thank you Daniel.

Cons:

The only thing we did not like is after staying here for approximately a week our room price went from $78 to an astronomical $179. Now that is completely OUTRAGEOUS & UNEXCEPTABLE!! I hope that as a valued customer BEST Western will recognize us & adjust the room price for a welcome back. Because if the price don't change we won't be back!! Thank you

The worse Best Western we have ever stayed at

Not much

Cons:

1. Numerous Homeless people camping out in parking lot.
2. Furniture and carpet has black mold
3. Plumbing fixtures broken.
4. TV screen on one side was blue and yellowing on the other side of screen.
5. Breakfast and coffee was unfit to consume.
