I like the location, close to restaurants, souvenir, and entertainment areas

Bad experience with this hotel….!!!

There was renovation work on the floor above us. 23 hrs per day, it disturbed our sleep. Hammers pounding at 2 and 4 am

Air condition and also need to provide soundproof window due to heavy and noisy transportion passing by the hotel during night time where it spoil my resting time..

Room is clean and comfortable however bathroom needs more attention, maybe more lighting and cleanning especially the bath tub. Also could use some new towels.
But after all, we like this hotel. Breakfast has good selection. We might stay here again.

Yes hotel was very nice. All staff are Friendly and helpful who never failed to smile especially reception desk Staff Nabila who goes extra mile in making my stay very pleasant. Perfect Hotel location with alot of foods restaurant & dining & shopping just outside the hotel. We we located at swimming pool and gym level so it was great!! Room service was delicious too

It was a bad experience.
Came in to the room with a wet carpet smell.
Room was gloomy and the view outside the window was wallpapered. Requested for a change of room which was given the next day and it was much better. I appreciate it alot. Thank you to the staff Elvira for making my trip a good one.

Having problem with door. Unable to close until it being repaired. The shower was in bad position. It was too low. There’s leaking from the bath tub.
But the breakfast was great.

Aston Hotel check in staff and reception staff was kind and helpful enough to accommodate us with our request. My request was to help with my old parents travelling with me. To make the stay comfortable enough for the old couple.

I feel very comfortable stay at there. Ciwalk is close to hotel. There are a lot of food at ciwalk.

Check in time had to wait for like 1 hour before got my room and room given was terrible as heavy construction in going on nearby and was super noisy

Noisy rooms and uncomfortable beds and the towels isn’t clean

Overall positive experience. Only negative was that the hot water would spew out brown water, if you left it running it would eventually turn clear, but it was pretty gross to see. Also, make sure you request non-smoking room otherwise. Breakfast was okay, nothing amazing, but not terrible.

The rooms looked old but still maintained the cleanliness. Near to Cihampelas Walk & Skywalk just around the corner.
Only breakfast need to re-looked into the variation.
