Very convenient place to stay
Pros:

Free parking and breakfast.

Cons:

Food trays were in the hall and not removed, piled up and spilling .The person who checked us in was like a robot, looks like she was having a bad day. No welcome, no looking at anyone as she checked folks in. Seriously, how are you working FD ,and not a hello welcome? She was very slow, line was very long. but the thing that really made me notice what was going on is the fact that she did not have one single smile on her face for the entire half an hour that I was in line and I got to the desk

Staff was rude, and breakfast was dried mystery meat and watery waffle mix, room had a funny smell and a dirty q tip sitting on the back board. Nasty and disgusting!

Clean, good location, nice staff and quiet.

Cons:

Neither the pool or hot tub were working. Pool had skim on top of water due to filtration system no working adequately.

Look for another place
Pros:

The price was good and the morning staff were nice but the night staff needs improvement

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable with sheets that had hair in them. In the hallway there were light fixtures with cobwebs full of bugs. There was also a woman who on both nights was wandering around under the influence of something with different men. Housekeeping needs to do a much better job.

The hotel room was large and clean. The front desk staff was friendly. Hotel was conveniently located by freeways with easy access to Baltimore center. There was free parking on site.

Avoid at all cost you will regret if you take chance read previous review I didn’t in hurry.
Pros:

Front desk guy at check in was friendly

Cons:

Conditions, cleanliness, breakfast, lady at check out, everything outside and inside broken, nothing in room was clean, burnt mark on linens, dingy linens and towels.

The stay was unacceptable poor maintance and dirty carpets!
Pros:

Shower railing broke in bathroom! It pulled out from wall. My husband bruised his shoulder falling back trying to get into shower ! I have pictures.

Cons:

That this shower Rm 318 had a guard railing that was broken/ loose and broke when used. Also when reported no concern if anyone was injured! No offer for compensation
