Needs better cleaning
Pros:

Old sheets. Few holes, indeed. Get rid of this sheets, please.
Incomplete cleaning of the bathroom.
Floor did not look clean at all.

Pros:

The available hot water.

Cons:

The horrible customer service, the pool was closed which I wasn’t aware of until after paying, I had to request a new room multiple times, the towels were stained and the incredibly strong marijuana smell.

Cons:

No towels or washcloths to accommodate guests we were told they would be available after our check out time. Room had ants and needed a deep clean before we could settle in
