Eigenlijk beviel - bijna - alles. in 1e instantie hadden wij nog wat bedenkingen bij de resort maar dat was volledig overbodig. ok, het is geen 5***** resort - maar dat is ook niet aangegeven, ontbijt was een ruime voldoende, diner (in buffet-stijl) ook. voldoende keuze en een prima kwaliteit. Wij waren er maar 3 dagen dus geen gebruik kunnen maken van alle faciliteiten maar die zagen er ook prima uit. Locatie is prachtig. Eigen stranden en mooie stranden dichtbij. je moet wél een auto huren om ergens te komen. Marin van de onsite location is zeer behulpzaam. oh ja, vooral de Death in Paradise toer doen. o.a. S01E02 is hier opgenomen, personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goed Engels en zeer geduldig als je je eigen, gebrekkig Frans uitprobeert (wordt zeer gewaardeerd overigens). Komen terug maar wel een andere (lees: grotere) kamer of villa.

Cons:

De beachbar ;) niet de drankjes maar het feit dat er maar één bar-persoon bediende. hierdoor ontstond er een forse rij in 'prime-time'. De kamer: zeer klein maar alles aanwezig (m.u.v. koffie faciliteiten). ook een beetje eigen schuld, hadden beter vooronderzoek moeten doen. Er zijn grotere kamers, met echt balkon, en villa's. WiFi buiten de receptie/restaurant zeer beperkt en ook de dekking van een eSim is niet echt denderend maar dat valt buiten de 'schuld' van het resort.

Pros:

Très belle plage, ça parait être une expérience formidable. Le personnel est dans l’ensemble très sympathique.

Cons:

Malgré le potentiel du lieu, tout est fait par design de manière très moyenne : chambres sous équipées (pas de serviette à main, rien pour étendre efficacement, pas de bouilloire, pas de mouchoirs…). Le buffet est copieux mais pas très bon. Club nautique fermé deux jours sur trois, plus de club de plongée, le kids club fermé (alors que ce sont les vacances scolaires du printemps)! Finalement, j’aurais préféré réserver soit un endroit plus haut de gamme/meilleurs equipments, soit beaucoup plus simple pour profiter des activités de Basse-Terre. Ces prestations moyennes rendent le choix de cet établissement pas optimal entre prix et qualité.

La nourriture - trop de porc - je ne mange pas de porc et y en avait partout c est un peu dommage de ne pas pouvoir un snack sans porc ( même la salade César était au porc) et le petit dej pas de tranche de poulet ou de dinde que du jambon de porc , point très négatif pour moi

Perfect place to stay in Guadeloupe
Pros:

Beach, location, breakfast, beach bar, possibilitiy of organised programs. Not too crowded, perfect amount of people. We would stay again here.

Cons:

None. There are some negative comments about the quality of the dinner in the review, however we found it quite good despite it was service in a buffet style, not a la carte.
Not a negative, however good to know the location is a bit remote, so most likely you will need a car.

Super lokacija in odličen ambient
Pros:

Hotel je zelo lep, čist in urejen. Zajtrk je bil super. Odlično je ker ima hotel svojo plažo z ležalniki, kjer je mirno morje, hkrati pa tudi bazen.

Cons:

Vedno je zmanjkalo brisač za na plažo. Malenkost :)
