Nice property in a good location and very helpful staff
Excellent location (beautiful, green, and safe neighborhood, large selection of cafes/bars and restaurants around, supermarket across the street, public transport stations all around), welcoming and helpful staff (fast processing of check in/checkout, could also store our luggage for a couple of hours before heading to the airport after checking out of the room), clean and quiet room (due to the fact it was not facing the boulevard), very comfortable bed with large selection of pillows, room equipped with effective air conditioning
Fridge and air con not working without hotel card ‘plugged in’ (in our absence, leaving any of them on without leaving a card behind was not possible), bathroom fan not working or missing (just a ventilation in the ceiling), very noisy toilet when flushing
Unlimited breakfasts, air con in room was v efficient, classy design in foyer with the drawings of movie stars. Fridge in room to put water in. Bed was an excellent large size. Free popcorn in foyer :)
My partner is disabled. No seat in shower as requested, no rails for toilet, shower gel and shampoo too far away in shower for a disabled person. The table on one side of the bed is very low, and there was little storage space.
The hotel and the rooms were very nice, had a bar in the hotel which is always good, and the staff were very nice.
Was bit out of the way from the centre, and I feel a little expensive for what it was, maybe they upped the price as the football was being played while I was there.
I love how kind the staff is.
