Excellent customer service
The beds were a bit to hard for me. There was a bug in my room. It wasn’t a roach just a weird looking bug.
Friendly employees also clean and breakfast
That it was only me and 1 child and I still had to pay for 2 Adults

Location was convenient for our purposes.
Front desk staff was not very friendly. We were rudely told that “The lobby closes at 11:30,” as we were gathered as a family. It is understandable, but the delivery was rude. Shortly after that we saw a large cockroach moving around the lobby. When we informed the front desk we were told they had just sprayed (as they spray every Friday) and that’s why we saw the bugs. Upon checkout one of our group members was reprimanded by the front desk clerk for not turning in keys. Overall the staff was very unfriendly and the amount of cockroaches seen on property made this stay less than pleasant.

Friendly staff, clean facility and yummy breakfast. It's also nice to be able to add snacks to your room and not have to pay cash each time. Oh, and on-site laundry was a plus.
Some of the other guests were less than courteous.

2 of the 3 ice machines were broken. Pool was closed due to repairs ( this is June, hot!) Cable was out the first 2 days
