Other than the one concern and one maintenance item listed above, we had an excellent stay overall.
Pros:

Very clean and friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast offering seemed minimal for the rate we paid. Also, the TV in the Lobby sitting area where breakfast was served was only showing half the screen and needed replacement.

Great location, super clean, and very good breakfast
Pros:

Room and facilities were super clean. Delicious breakfast including scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, etc. Has a 24 hr. gym. Staff were very helpful. My friend enjoyed the swimming pool. Great location. Most of the places we needed to go to were within about 10 to 15 mins away from this hotel. Will book here again if we ever go back to Lake Geneva.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff
Pros:

Breakfast was better than expected, and much better than some other hotels we've stayed at recently. We appreciated the breakfast area attendant who kept things stocked and picked up.

Cons:

It was quite warm in the hallways and noisy at times in the hallways and above us from a young group of boys who were there for a baseball tournament, but the Cindy at the front desk made sure it was quiet time starting at 10:00 pm.
