Really nice staff but would not stay again.

Very friendly staff

Cons:

It was extremely noisy. Our room was by the elevator and stairs and all I heard were slamming doors and the elevator ding.

We enjoyed it and look forward to staying again in the future!
Pros:

Overall, everything was great! Especially want to mention how friendly all the staff was. Everyone was kind and treated us with a smile and a hello. I was the front desk manager at a Holiday Inn Express for years and everyone exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

When we went to check out, the front desk person could have been a little more professional about the pet fees. I thought they'd been taken care of at the beginning of our stay and if I had known they'd be charged separately and before checking out, I could have saved both of us embarrassment in the busy lobby by providing a different card to use ahead of time.
