Yes the breakfast is excellent, nothing to complain. My son enjoyed his breakfast specially with the croissants around. Location is very good its in the heart of the city, safe place and as well as accessible.
Oh the dresser mirror in the room is short, the chair on it , I thought I'll fall down. The hair dryer plug on that room 317 is loose, my son has to hold pushing it while am drying. The fridge is small and just on the floor, it could have been elevated with something at least. The shower curtain is not curve., along the shower glass. It's all transparent, I mean no privacy, well its fine if you're a couple.

The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Even a coffee at 6am on a Saturday before the gentleman even clocked in.
Nothing. It is an older hotel but the vibe is great.
Bed was super comfy, but linen on bed as well as towels were worn and torn.
Super noisy location of the room. We asked nicely for a room with a view, and the request was ignored. Staff yelled outside our window at 5am waking us up. Waited 40mins for a room service cappuccino. Bathroom door is thin and semi see-through. Very uncomfortable when someone is in the toilet while room service brings something. Toilet flusher kept falling out of the wall.

Great hotel,great service.
We had breakfast on a previous visit and enjoyed it very much, but this time we requested breakfast packs which were wonderful on the road as we left early, at 04:00 for our next destination. I however enjoyed the dinner, which was curried ox tribe with samp, which one do not get at most venues.
There is nothing we did not like for all was made comfortable and we also received the room we requested and a reserved parking as I am on crutches. The reception and porter staff was so helpful and very friendly.
