The reception staff was lovely and very helpful.
West End location with car parking
Noise proofing between rooms
The easy accessibility to the hotel and my room and the kindness and help of the staff
Nothing. All was more and above what I expected.
Clean, central and comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Helpful staff.
The shower pressure was on the low side.
It was so clean, calm and lovely.

The hotel was accommodating, so quaint, and charming. I found it so quiet and perfectly located. I would definitely go back.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, komme gerne wieder, gutes Frühstück, sehr gutes Personal, freundlich hilfsbereit, gibt sehr gute Tipps was man unternehmen kann
Cosy, warm, comfortable room with a big bed giving rise to restful nights sleep. Nice, helpful staff offering efficient service. Good location with just enough parking and a few key shops nearby. Nice breakfast along with easily accessed room the hotel is near to all the best things to see and do in Glasgow. for eample just round the corner is the botanical garden and near to the Clockwork Orange.
Two niggles. firstly, the bed was hell to get round (making an unusual challenge) and secondly, the bathroom, whilst clean, was poorly designed. A freezing floor, tiny sink and water taking ages to heat up were notable features.
Third time here..simply a great great place to stay. Staff, location, brekky, room. Cant fault it..it wirks fir me! Thanks
Nothing at all
Great place peaceful and spacious, very clean.
Nothing.
Close to the city very clean
Nothing
Nothing really.Horrible experience. Felt scammed. My first visit to Glasgow and won't be staying here or the sister establishment,Embassy Hotels/Apartments,EVER again.
During booking there was a tech error/unsuccessful booking via booking.com (or so I thought).I tried it again and was successful the 2nd time.It was for a night with my 85 year old mum to attend a graduation in Glasgow. Before arrival the Manager in a call said both bookings apparently went through.I explained we only needed one and explained the circumstances.I was assured payment would only be taken for one booking and not the other.
However I ended up being charged twice: £124 for the reservation we used, £71 for the other one that we didnt need or use, despite making this clear prior to arrival.
Manager said it was a booking.com issue. I made 3 calls to booking.com on my return.Booking.com seemed willing to help with the refund and SENT a refund code to the hotel, but they denied receiving refund code. The hotel also refused to communicate in writing to booking.com to facilitate the refund of the double payment.I was played like a football between booking.com and the hotel.
The hotel marked me as a 'no-show' despite my mum and I turning up and staying on the more expensive reservation.
It has been a shocking experience and I would NEVER EVER use nor recommend these establishments in the future.
