The place smelled great and the concierge was very helpful.
The layout was a little confusing at first but we got the hang of it.
Loved the clean rooms, beds and very low noise level. Staff was very friednly and great location
The only we did not like is the indoor pool was not heated enough for winter. We booked this hotel over other because of indoor pool which we end up not using because if the non-heated pool. They call it "hot" but it was not.
Location- close to restaurants and metro , underground city etc. nice big room, clean and quiet , valet parking was efficient .
You have to ask for a room at least on the 18th floor or above , and city view . Otherwise you are stuck looking at an abandoned building with dirty windows and roof top, and with very limited natural light .

Opened my window and thought I could reach out and touch the building next door. Had to keep the curtains closed all the time.
Was not aware of breakfast, was it included in the stay? The front staff was incredibly rude and short with me when I checked in. I asked about parking and she rolled her eyes and said "Valet" to me twice. I felt dismissed and embarrassed when inquiring about alternative options for parking as Valet was $48/night. I was given my room key but with no direction, I found the elevators by asking another guest who was walking in the front doors.
Front staff was unwelcoming. The Valet guys were super helpful when approached and helped me find a spot to park my vehicle while handling my young kids. The pool was nice but closes at 9pm which is not ideal for families with tween/teen kids looking for something to do before bed.

The location is perfect for tourists. Hotel is located in a walk distance from many of the city attractions.
The comfort of the hotel met our expectations. The beds were just perfectly soft and clean. It has excellent reception and volley service. Hotel has swimming pool, sunna and a restaurant within the building.
