We definitely recommend that hotel to friends
Pros:

The location is perfect for tourists. Hotel is located in a walk distance from many of the city attractions.
The comfort of the hotel met our expectations. The beds were just perfectly soft and clean. It has excellent reception and volley service. Hotel has swimming pool, sunna and a restaurant within the building.

Very good stay in the reliable well maintained and operated Hotel
Pros:

The location is very convenient -close to the Old Port, Notre Dame, lots of good restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

Continental breakfast - your typical not healthy all American breakfast. I'd have expected more from the "old charm Montreal" hotel.

We were comfortable and enjoyed old Montreal
Pros:

Everything was good … requested extra pillows and received them quickly

Cons:

Our window faced an old apparently abandoned building and our view was of pigeons roosting and their huge pile of excrement 🫠
Not the view we would have liked!

no estaba claro si el desayuno estaba incluido y tuvimos que pagarlo, eramos un grupo familiar de 17 personas y hubiermos desayunado por mucho menos en cualquier restaurante.
debido a la huelga de air canada tuvimos que quedarnos en montreal y estuvimos en el sheraton y nos gusto mas
una tarde baje al bar y traia un refresco, y no me permitieron entrar, entiendo las politicas, pero me parecio muy cuadrado, dado que pague por 6 habitaciones y los demas estaban consumiendo
