Prestation reçue non conforme à notre réservation. Dommage personnel et patron sympas

Il est difficile d'évaluer cette hôtel. Même si le patron était sympa et le personnel très agréable, sur les 5 nuits réservées, nous avons pu réellement avoir la chambre correspondante à ma réservation qu'une seule nuit. A mon avis l'établissement a privilégié une autre réservation en direct que la nôtre faite via booking. Nous avons été relogés dans un autre hôtel pas du tout à la hauteur de ce que nous avions payé.

Cons:

On nous a menti sur le fait que notre chambre n'était soit disant pas aux normes sécurité le jour de notre arrivée, comme les 3 jours suivants d'ailleurs.

Cons:

Well, I was obliged to stay in the room a bit further than midday, when I went out, I clearly showed the badge of the room to be cleaned, but when I returned, it wasn't clean, for two days in a row, I was obliged for example to go ask for toilet paper, something embarrassing.

Pros:

Couldn't be a better location, right at The heart of the old city. Exceptionally helpful staff, Ahmed in particular was a great help.Good value for clean, comfortable rooms, we could walk to all the major attractions, wonderful variety of restaurant and cafes nearby.

Pros:

Персонал очень дружелюбный. Нас заселили раньше времени по просьбе. Расположение хорошее, в пяти минутах ходьбы от достопримечательностей. Парк Гюльхане через дорогу. Остановка трамвайная в двух минутах ходьбы. Метро в 10 минутах. На самой улице много магазинов, ресторанов, но цена не очень. Лучше дойти до голубой мечети и покушать в ресторане напротив мечети за дешево.

Cons:

Мало горячей еды на завтрак. Долго приходится ждать пока пойдет горячая вода.
