Larry H was amazing! He has a great attitude and is always willing to help.
I stay at this location monthly. I haven’t been here in a couple of months but Robin in the bar/restaurant is absolutely amazing and always takes great care of me when I’m in town! She is absolutely amazing and I only stay here because of her. Thank you Robin for the great customer service!!
I loved walking over and visiting Robin at the hotel bar. I wish The Holiday Inn honored the FAA rate because I would just stay here for the month!
The hotel is clean and with the remodel very modern. The breakfast is great! The French toast is so good and it has bacon! Mariam is a fantastic server.
the staff was very friendly and professional. the van driver Harry did an excellent job, shared a lot of knowledge about the area, and even took time to take me on a short run to the store.
Book this OKC by the airport hotel with confidence!! Kristen will greet you with a smile and call you by name !! Great breakfast , comfortable rooms friendly staff !!
This was an excellent experience, not only for me personally, but for my customers who I entertained in one of the conference rooms. The hotel is very clean very accommodating Kristen at the front dash was amazing. Also, Robin behind the bar made our day after our meeting yesterday. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee was available. I stayed somewhere at the Holiday Inn almost every week in this just became my favorite.
Larry H. (The van driver) was extremely helpful. I had left my phone at the airport. He took me back and waited for me to retrieve it. It’s wonderful to have good people like that!
Perfect

This hotel is lovely! Very open and bright and clean. Next to the river and a wonderful walking path. The staff are very professional and kind.
Liz and Jackie were so sweet and helpful
Excekent experience, at front desk, Allison was incredible kindness.
Long long time i was not at this level of satisfaction
The Holiday Inn is a late-2000s property that has been undergoing renovations. Most of the work appears complete, though a few areas — including the women’s restrooms in the lobby and on the ground floor near the restaurant — remain closed.
The location is solid for an airport hotel. It also sits directly on the Oklahoma River Trail, which allows you to walk several miles in either direction. The surrounding area felt mostly safe, though there were a few homeless encampments nearby.
The exterior and lobby both look good. Fresh paint and extensive updates give the common areas a clean, modern feel — impressive for a 17-year-old building. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during my stay despite signage indicating it would reopen on November 15.
The so-called "full-service restaurant" is really a lobby bar with a small seating area serving dinner after 5 p.m. The breakfast side of the restaurant is even more disappointing. There is no table service or à la carte menu. Instead, the hotel offers an extremely limited buffet of mediocre quality for $12. The free breakfast at the nearby Holiday Inn Express is as good or better. No cooked-to-order eggs. The buffet is entirely self-service except for paying the bill. Overall, the breakfast is well below the standard you used to associate with Holiday Inn. If this is the brand’s new direction, it's a major step downwards.
At night, the bar offers a full menu, and the food is comparable to an Applebee’s or Chili’s — assuming the kitchen staff show up. One night, the kitchen staff arrived an hour late. The bartender, Amber, was friendly and handled the situation as best she could. My caesar salad was advertised as romaine but came with mixed greens. Yes, I know it's a restaurant at a Holiday Inn. But still, they have a captive audience. Other than a Chilli's, there's not much in the immediate area. Done right, the restaurant could be a gold mine, especially with two or three neighboring hotels that don't have a restaurant or bar.
Promotion of the bar is almost nonexistent. Many guests likely have no idea the hotel even has a bar or serves dinner. Part of that is marketing; part of it is the late 5 p.m. opening time. From an operations standpoint, it should open at 3 p.m. when check-in begins, giving guests arriving early somewhere to sit or have a drink while waiting for their rooms.
As a guest with IHG elite status, I was upgraded to a suite but declined because it was on the second floor. My reservation specified a high floor, which is more valuable to me. The front desk accommodated my request with a renovated king room on the sixth floor. In terms of other IHG benefits, I received the standard choice of points or a market item.
The room itself was clean and recently refreshed. Housekeeping does a good job. Still, there were several maintenance issues: broken electrical outlets, a poorly sealed base around the toilet, some signs of mildew in the shower, and a nonfunctional in-room safe.
Overall, this is a refreshed Holiday Inn. Renovations aren’t fully complete. The breakfast, in particular, needs improvement. If I’m being honest, it feels more like a Holiday Inn Express with a bar than a true Holiday Inn. I would consider staying again, but I would absolutely compare rates with other hotels — especially those offering a real breakfast.
Miriam does an amazing job of making sure everyone at breakfast has what they need. She goes above and beyond in the mornings taking care of the guests.
Had dinner and drinks Robin was amazing best service I have had in long time buddy from work was staying at hotel he asked how late they served food when it was 45 min until they stopped serving food Robimn had my buddy call and see how close I was to make sure I was able to get some amazing food and few great drinks also

Couldn’t have enjoyed the bar more.she was the best bartender we could’ve had! She cleaned our table half way through the night. I’ve never had that happen! Thank y’all! And thank her!!!!
