I could hear other people in their rooms. I'm assuming that other people could hear me.
I have stayed here twice on business, and the staff is great. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is good. Larry N. is just fantastic! His genuine smile and amazing customer service are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
We had the best time at the bar with the staff! Amber, Stephanie and Robin are just the sweetest people. I always judge a bartender by how they make an old fashioned cocktail and these ladies did not disappoint! I had 2 old fashions and my wife had some fruity drink that she really liked. Give these gals a raise!
Who knew a hotel bar could be so much fun?! Special shoutout to our waitresses Stephanie! Robin! And Amber! We had a large group and yet the employees made sure we had everything we needed!!
Great experience. Larry H. picked us up from the airport & drove us back! His service and hospitality are top notch, and he went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of. Thanks Larry!

The thermostat did not work in the room
Mr. Larry H is very polite & professional. He is well liked with all the SkyWest crews. I left a very important item on the plane & Mr. Larry offered to take me back to the airport to pick it up. I was able to retrieve my item while he waited for me to return back to the shuttle.
Larry H. was our driver and picked us up from the airport and was outgoing and helpful and made the ride very enjoyable. He is a people person. He also was our driver when we left the hotel back to the airport. We had a great experience on the ride back.
While it was a short stay, they were very helpful. Easy shuttle transportation from and to the airport. Nice room Kristen was a delight to work with.

I stay at this location monthly. I haven’t been here in a couple of months but Robin in the bar/restaurant is absolutely amazing and always takes great care of me when I’m in town! She is absolutely amazing and I only stay here because of her. Thank you Robin for the great customer service!!
I loved walking over and visiting Robin at the hotel bar. I wish The Holiday Inn honored the FAA rate because I would just stay here for the month!
The hotel is clean and with the remodel very modern. The breakfast is great! The French toast is so good and it has bacon! Mariam is a fantastic server.
the staff was very friendly and professional. the van driver Harry did an excellent job, shared a lot of knowledge about the area, and even took time to take me on a short run to the store.
