Location close to the airport, very clean room. Special thanks to Martin, operating the shuttle for making my ride easy and pleasant! Super friendly and helpful man.

Larry was waiting for us at the airport when we got in. He was very kind, welcoming, and super respectful. Also super informative and let us know about happenings at/around the hotel. He’s exactly the kind of guy you’d want to be greeted by on arrival. Such a smooth transit to/from the airport. Very enjoyable! :)

I loved staying here! All of the staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was really welcoming! Larry was especially friendly and helpful!

I usually do not write reviews, but your employee Martin at the OCA Holiday Inn location truly deserves recognition.

Martin was incredibly kind, helpful, and persistent in assisting me when I needed help the most. He never made me feel as though I was intruding, asking for too much, or that I should handle the situation on my own. Instead, he willingly offered his assistance and stayed with the issue until he was able to resolve it.

I was very stressed and extremely tired at the time, yet Martin remained professional, friendly, patient, and sincere throughout our interaction. His genuine willingness to help made a significant difference to me.

Martin did not ask me to write this review. I am writing because I sincerely believe his efforts should be recognized. In fact, I would highly recommend that Martin be considered for promotion from his current position. Your hotel would greatly benefit from having someone with his personality, professionalism, and capacity for helping others in a leadership position.

Please make sure Martin knows how much his kindness and assistance were appreciated.

My driver back to the Oklahoma airport was exceptional his name was Martin. The hotel staff were fantastic .

Hotel staff were Warm, responsive and pleasant stay. The bathroom tub needs some attention/fixing to prevent water stagnation.

After an amenity not being available at a previous hotel, my family of 4 was transferred here. The hotel was so welcoming! We stayed 3 nights in the king suite. Had the pleasure of meeting the general manager, Mrs. Austin was such sweet person. When we had a problem with night audits, she did everything in her power to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel, will also be back in the future

Larry H was awesome. I haven't seen a friendlier driver at a hotel.

I'veI have been in the military for 20 years and stationed overseas for five of those years. The hospitality, kindness, and information that Larry H provided during my stay were comforting and soothing throughout my travels. He was very professional. We need more people like him in the hospitality industry!

Staff was friendly, especially Martin, who drove the shuttle to/from the airport. Room was clean and I wish I had the bed at home, it’s that comfortable.
