É uma boa localização e uma boa opção relação qualidade/preço. Se fosse a NYC novamente provavelmente repetiria.
Pros:

A localização. A disposição do funcionário do pequeno almoço. Oferecerem águas. O hotel em si não é espectacular, é um 4 estrelas bastante simplório.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço para quem é europeu peca um pouco (falta aquele pão clássico com fiambre/queijo e manteiga. Oferecem águas, mas não divulgam. A cama fazia um pouco barulho e parecia estar partida no final. Nem sempre colocavam toalhas grandes (e as toalhas grandes não eram assim tão grandes). O preço no dia da entrada era 200€ mais barato face aquilo que tinha pago.

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale. Times Square, Empire State Building e Flatiron building a pochi minuti di distanza a piedi.
Vicina alla metro.
Pieno di locali per mangiare vicino all’hotel.
La colazione per noi era perfetta con brioches, dolcetti e muffins, ma per chi preferisce il salato, non è la classica continentale, c’è solo la parte dolce o frutta.

Cons:

Overall location and convenience to MSG was great.
Pros:

I liked that the hotel was in a short distance of the MSG arena. My boyfriend and I was there for a Knicks game and the location of the hotel made it very convenient to walk to the arena.

Cons:

Basically the price of the room did not match the actual value of the hotel.
The bed was a good size for my boyfriend and I however it squeaked so much during the night it made it uncomfortable to sleep.
Also, I did read the reviews, I do not know if I read all of them BUT the bathroom shower only has 1 door! I never seen that before it was very weird.
We also did not do the free breakfast until the last day but when we did it was very underwhelming. I just assumed it would be better breakfast (eggs , bacon, fruit, juice, etc) it was store brought muffins and fruit that was kinda beaten up.

Great location but needs some upkeep.

The location was great!

Cons:

The room could use some maintenance. The usb plugs did not work, the shower handle was not affixed to the wall and fell off if not careful and the flooring and floorboards were warped and damaged.

Stayed for a week. I’d stay here again, without hesitation.
Pros:

It was very clean. Continental breakfast was nice. 28th St is just a lovely stroll because of all of the florists and arborists lining the street every day. But.. I love the elevators. They’re fast and well programmed. Left elevator programmed to stay on 9th floor to wait for down requests, and the right elevator always on ground level for folks going up. They’re lightning fast, too. Sounds silly, but getting up and down from the high floors multiple times a day, you grow to really appreciate this.

Cons:

Not a thing. It was a lovely stay.

Se escuchaban todos los ruidos de las habitaciones de al lado, personas hablando, camas incómodas que sonaban cada vez que uno se movía de un lado hacia otro,, éramos cuatro y solo había 3 toallas, pone café pero ni una sola botella de agua para prepararlo, por lo que cuesta deberían aunque sea incluir una botella de agua,

We absolutely give it 6/10 rating from being a affordable place to stay for a few nights. We will not be staying her

It was a calm nights, Easy assembly walking area, and Front desk staffs! Any requests for towels, rugs and etc was always on point!

Cons:

The bed was very creaky, The design for the shower was horrible so much water kept going out, The breakfast was literally muffin, croissant & coffee — Please keep the furniture up to date and breakfast with better variations. Please trained your maintenance staff to not BUST THROUGH THE DOORS if there isn’t any answer. We had three incidents with cleaning lady and maintenance guy open the door with no response. Please take consideration that it doesn’t hurt to take a few minutes to response, it was absolutely uncomfortable when people just try to bust in without consideration of wait. We were there the whole time and each time was the same response from them.
