I loved the staff and being greeted at the door. Our a/c wasn't working on our first day and they took care of it immediately. I also really liked the location, it was an easy walk from the 1.
The beds were tiny and uncomfortable. The window didn't close all the way, letting in that notorious NYC noice. And the breakfast, you can skip it, it's coffee and some croissants they seem to get from costco or something.
Excellent service from the personnel.
Out of orange juice for the breakfast the last two days. But that's not fault of the personnel.

The breakfast was very limited and high in carbs & sugar (yoplait, croissants, muffins, donuts). I would have liked a few more "healthy" options and ended up supplementing with grocery store items.
Room is big enough and location
Breakfast !!! They quote a room rate that includes breakfast... but the breakfast is absolutely terrible. Is this really it?
And booking !!!!! You sold it to me for 1,500, then dropped the price to $1,200 just a day later; you totally ripped me off—shame on you.
Location. Bathrooms are spacious and clean.
AC didn’t function properly. The overall vibe is off. The breakfast included is poor quality. The rooms are in a state of decay; Walks with chipped paint furniture that don’t close, wood laminate coming off furniture. In 2026 no smart TV. Overall looks good from the outside but you don’t want to find out what’s inside.
The location was good, a lot of subways close
We paid 1500$ for a 4 star hotel that had „continental breakfast“. The breakfast was paper plates and cutlery with pre made pastries and yogurt cups. We didn’t go after day 1. the room was alright but not the best. The elevator sounded like a train went by every 15 seconds. One night the elevator got stuck on our floor and made squeaking noises till 11pm (we had to call the front desk). Housekeeping came at 6pm one day. Overall would not recommend. The fridge we had in our room was empty and it was only as „clean“ as it had to be
