I was very happy with the hotel and plan on returning next year and will recomm to friends
Pros:

Almost everything was perfect.

Cons:

Heating in my room set to 80 degrees F only reached a maximum of 60 degrees. It was minus 18 outside.
Reception sent me immediately an electric heater and that kept the room at a perfect temperature.
Would have been nice to have a toaster in the breakfast room to toast sliced bread.

Nice hotel, shame the breakfast
Pros:

The facilities are great and it is ok for us 4 people to stay..

Cons:

The food.. it is first come first serve. I thought it is buffet even tough it is continental type. We went there at 9:30am and bread are alreafy gone. Ithought they will gonna replenish it.. but i did not. So we settled only a coffee and a single bread.

Pros:

Because I slipped and fell in hotel lobby I decided to extend my stay to rest up. Thinking I had to check out and back in I left. When I returned I was given anotherr room but one blowing cold air.. The engineer but insufficient heat. I went to lobby and asked for a different room. They checked but could not find one wirh an adequate heating system. Finally Ithey put me back in the original room before I checked out. Then the TV monitor didn't function. They replaced it. After four hours of lost time I was back

Cons:

The hotel has a real heating problem. When I checked out a woman was complaing about it. The staff person could of put back into the original room without games.

Condiciones térmicas inaceptables
Pros:

La ubicación

Cons:

La estancia fue muy incómoda debido a varios problemas graves. La calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente y fue necesario llamar al técnico todos los días para que la pusiera en marcha. Aun así, al cabo de unas tres horas dejaba de funcionar y solo salía aire frío.
Además, las ventanas estaban mal aisladas y entraba constantemente el aire frío de la calle. El segundo día tuvimos que solicitar un cambio de habitación porque la ventana estaba cerrada con cinta aislante, algo totalmente inaceptable.
Por otro lado, el comedor donde se servía el desayuno estaba helado, parecía un congelador, y resultaba imposible permanecer allí con comodidad.
Lo mejor del hotel la ubicación y el personal que atendió amablemente nuestras quejas.
El hotel no es recomendable para hospedarse en el invierno.

Pros:

It's nice place and omfortanle.

Cons:

The lobby floor was wet from snow and I slipped on my back on Sunday 6 PM. I had to go for xrays but results are sprain on both hands and wrists.

Hotel Hayden review
Pros:

Staff extremely helpful especially Nicky.
location great.
Clean sheets and towels everyday.
Room service everyday.

Cons:

Reception area very cold. Building inside old, could do with revamp.
No kettle in room only coffee machine so difficult to make tea or other drinks.
Aware other bedrooms in hotel were cold but ours was cosy.

Repetiría en este hotel
Pros:

La mayoria. Nos gusto mucho la ubicacion, que era un hotel moderno. Que el personal era muy eficiente. Se nos estropeó la calefaccion y tardaron menos de 10 minutos en solucionarnos el problema. Quedamos encantados.

Cons:

Por poner un pequeño pero: el precio incluia un pequeño desayuno, con muy escasa variedad
