The room was clean and just like in the pictures, good AC, easy access

Cons:

The doorman is there for decoration literally walked away everytime we would head towards the door, even with our travel bags he ignored us and walked off. Just rude!

Ottima posizione vicino alla metro sia rossa che gialla, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla penn station e a 10 dalla linea verde, pulito e carino

Per l hotel in sé avrei dato 7 ma la gentilezza dello staff ha fatto salire il.punteggio. personale accogliente se richiedi bottigliette d acqua te le danno gratuitamente. La colazione era meglio di quello che mi aspettavo viste le recensioni negative. Invece mi é piaciuta non ha tanta scelta ma le poche cose sono buone e fresche.Colazione solo dolci. Il ragazzo colombiano delle colazioni é molto gentile e amichevole. Colazione fino alle 10. Stanze pulite e asciugamani cambiati tutti I giorni. Possibilità di farsi il caffè in stanza. Posizione buona vicina alle metro e a times square.

Le stanze sono semplici ma se non si hanno troppe pretese vanno bene.

Cons:

O ar-condicionado não estava funcionando desde o primeiro dia. Informamos a recepção, houve uma visita da manutenção no quarto, mas o problema não foi resolvido, o que ocasionou noites desconfortáveis devido ao calor. Fiquei hospedado de segunda a sexta informando sobre o problema todos os dias mas só foi possível resolver no último dia. Então no geral a hospedagem foi desconfortável.

new york sempre eccitante, pernottamenti da incubo.

servizi igienici e docce difettosi nelle tre camere occupate nei 7 giorni. mancata disponibilità del personale a risolvere piccole problematiche come lo sciacquone del water che perde, obbligandomi a cambiare camera per due volte. la camera sostituita è comunicante con altra stanza occupata, una semplice porta divide le due camere facendo sentire ogni rumore anche piccolo, figuratevi le discussioni ad alta voce e i volumi delle tv. colazione mancante di uova, cibi salati e succo di frutta.

La ubicación es ideal, al estar en el centro de Manhattan, muy cerca del metro. El personal muy amable. La limpieza es diaria, con cambios de toalla. Tenía incluido desayuno

Cons:

Se salía un poco el agua de la ducha por fuera del plato de ducha, que con una mampara mayor o con puerta se evitaría. En el desayuno pondría algo de pan con una tostadora y por lo menos jamón y queso. También algún zumo en las bebidas disponibles.
En la habitación éramos 4 personas y siempre nos dejaban 3 juegos de toallas, por lo que tenía que bajar a recepción a pedir 1 más.

Posizione e stanze molto carine

Cons:

Colazione pessima e quasi inesistente nonostante fosse inclusa nel prezzo e nonostante negli altri alberghi della zona sia completamente diversa. Prezzo decisamente alto considerando che abbiamo dovuto fare colazione fuori. Colazione inadatta ad un hotel 4 stelle. Un giorno scendiamo a fare colazione alle 8.30 e non troviamo nemmeno il latte disponibile perché “terminato”. Presenza solo di qualche pasta dolce nonostante parlassero di colazione continentale. Molto delusa
