A piscina bem quentinha, café da manhã muito bom, várias opções salgadas deliciosas. Espaço kids bem legal, atendimento muito bom. Adorei e recomendo.

A localização do hotel é perfeita. Na rua de restaurantes maravilhosos que você pode ir a pé.
A piscina aquecida tb é muito boa, as crianças amaram.

Cons:

O Café da manhã deixa a desejar por não ter opções zero gluten e zero lactose. Na noite de domingo não quiseram nos vender água porque a cozinha estava fechada, enfim ficamos com sede à noite, inacreditável.

O atendimento do check in foi ruim.
Lacônico, recepção ruim, sem esclarecimentos pro ativos e sem suporte para pegar as malas..
As meninas no check-out foram o oposto.
Acho que vocês estão tendo problemas com recursos humanos que vale a pena corrigir devido ao custo beneficio ruim e potencial de não retorno do hóspede.

Melhor custo x benefício
Pros:

Hotel muito honesto. Ótimo custo x benefício. O café da manhã é bem variado e com opções diferentes a cada dia. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. A localização é afastada do centro, mas tem ótimos restaurantes que você pode ir a pé. Junto ao hotel, na parte da frente, tem o café da Florybal, ótima opção para dias de chuva.

Cons:

Gostamos de tudo. Acredito que a piscina aquecida poderia ser mais quente, mas no geral estava limpa e o lugar é bem agradável de ficar.
