Bed bugs
The room had mold all over carper and curtains. Staff refused to move me to another room. I did not stay at the hotel. I have COPD and couldn't breathe even with my inhaler. I advised them ofvmy medical problems but they would not give me another room. Also, the elevator inspection expired in June

Stayed at this hotel times in a two-week span driving from Florida to Pennsylvania with my elderly mom. The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Very accommodating for my mother and the breakfast was good!
How housekeeping never knocked on my door before entering . They just walked in like nobody was in there .

This was a great Hotel the room was real comfortable it had the finest air conditioning I've ever had in any of my hotel rooms it was quiet and efficient. The room was real clean plenty of Linens lotions and other things. The fridge worked perfectly and was quiet no microwave perfect quiet and the television had a very clear screen and we watched a great movie on it one night. It was a great breakfast great Fitness Center I love riding my bike on the nearby bike trails parks and Botanical Gardens.
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. All the employees that I encountered were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that someone might need. Thanks for everything.

The room was very spacious since it was a King Suite. The bathroom facilities were clean & some fixtures looked almost new & carpet looked new & not stained or dirty from what we could tell. Breakfast was okay, there was a pancake maker instead of the usual waffle maker, but not many other hot food items were prepared. I seen boiled eggs, which were odd & not typical. The bed was comfortable.
Location was in a sketchy area, the hallway to get to our room was not conditioned, but they keep the 1st floor hallways conditioned. You were hit w/ hot muggy heat when the elevator door opened. Once we opened the door to the room, you were hit w/ a muggy mildew smell b/c moisture was in the air. We almost asked to change rooms b/c of the smell. We decided to go to Walmart to get air freshner spray & a moisture bag to see if we could get the moisture out of the room. We found out later it was due to the AC unit leaking. The carpet in front of the unit was soaked by the next morning. Room 327. We did report it to staff, but they didn't seem shocked. Bedding had some small stains & I found some hair on one of the pillows. We also ended up w/ some bites on our feet the next morning as well, not sure if it was fleas or bed bugs. We never did see any bugs, but both of us woke up itching our feet & could see visible bites.
