It was pleasant even if frustrating as i felt we got a bed to sleep in with no in room facilities
Pros:

Spa was great, Food was excellent as Chef acommodated us as Vegans

Cons:

There was no internet my whole stay, No TV, No Phone and the short route steps down to the restaurant and pool area from chalet 198 were extremely dangerous with loose bricks falling off the edge of several steps that could easily have a quick fix with a couple of trowels of cement. These were not ongoing construction related but maintenance, health and safety issues. These could cause a huge injury and court case for your facility which no one would want.

very noisy there was construction noise the entire stay and this was not mentioned when I booked for my honeymoon stay. very unpleasant. For the amount I paid I don't believe that I got value. The property should have communicated this to me upfront before I booked! At night there were Hassie's making a noise the entire night disturbed our sleep. again, for what I paid I feel like I have been ripped off!!!

Comfortable and Enjoyable with a need to fine tune certain aspects

The food was great. Staff at breakfast were so helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable with a neat lounge area. Whilst the room could do with an upgrade the bathroom was amazing. The floatation pool was amazing. Dinner and Bar food was also very good. Quality of meals overall was very good. Watching the matches at the bar was entertaining and enjoyable with attentive staff

Cons:

There was construction directly opposite our room so Friday and Monday was noisy and dusty. Surely rooms should have been allocated a distance away especially since the hotel was not full. We ordered oxtail on Sunday for dinner only to be told that the oxtail at 7pm was still cooking. The staff member on sunday dinner was not welcoming or friendly which was a total difference to the rest of the experience to the rest of the staff that we dealt with. For dinner i ordered the Atlantic sole which was delicious served with a super salty sauce that was totally inedible. When I complained about the saltiness they were unable to provide the sauce as per the menu and substituted this for a lemon butter. Not acceptable at all. The spa definitely has trainee staff operating. Twice my therapist left the room, with the second time being an extended duration yet the treatment was completed as per the booking so you are getting less for your money. The massage was not the best experience. We do a trip once a year and have always loved the spa so quite a disappointment to have a less than experience. So sad since the Spa has always been a drawing card for me.

Great but would prefer to come back when alterations have progressed substantially further.

All staff very efficient & friendly . Loved the buffet breakfast but service slow on ordering from printed menu. Only 3 other couples in the dining area so expected it to be quicker. Fine dining my butter fish main had to be sent back as it was cold. Management staff very attentive but waitrons hesitant & lack confidence ..

Hour & hour & half treatments were wonderful but half hour pedi & back massage disappointing.

Junior staff need to be more confident & kitchen service quicker.
