HIghly recommend for relaxation and peace of mind and soul
Pros:

We enjoyed a fully refurnished room in a quiet spot overlooking the bush (near the hot pool). The decor in the entire hotel is amazing. The staff are very professional and friendly. The gardens are exceptional. Beautiful old trees and shrubs (with tree plates for our info.) The views of the area are stunning. There are lots of paths to explore and quiet spots for contemplation. The Spa Day was an absolute highlight. Jacuzzi, Salt Floating Pool, Steam Room and excellent massages. The breakfasts are stunning - buffet and hot orders. The dinner offering is very lovely. We had the burgers, fish and chicken options over the stay.

Cons:

They are obviously renovating at the moment so there is a little bit of builders noise which can't be helped. Plenty of quiet spots though. Watch out for the monkeys so close your windows during the day. They stole our fruit which we found quite funny.

the breakfast was really presented and vast amount of food and variety for all w, we really enjoyed the venue of the breakfast and the meal - the room was so cool we all loved it and even upgraded our daughters room to the same , really great

Superb stay at Mount Grace Hotel and Spa
Pros:

The facilities and the service are superior quality and the rooms are being updated and spacious. The location is heavenly and the breakfast delicious. The spa treatment was perfect!

Cons:

There was noise during the day but it was because of the construction work. Booking.com should be transparent when the room advertised is not upgraded. It is disappointing to fetch there and your room doesn't match the pics.

Our trip was marred by the fact that the hotel was undergoing major renovations and this was not disclosed to us before
Pros:

Mount Grace is very beautiful but they were in the middle of a major renovation and did not disclose this when booking. Many staff members made up for this as they were outstanding!

Cons:

Major renovations affecting which restaurants were open, high noise levels and forcing us to stay in an old room when renovated rooms were available.

Pros:

The spa was great. Excellent breakfast
The newly renovated rooms looked great but had glitches.

Cons:

Our room experienced electrical issues. The TV didn't work (no signal) at all and the beautiful bath was cracked so we couldn't utilize it.
Found the evening buffet lacking for the money we spent.

I decided to cut the stay short and check out a day earlier
Cons:

The Kids centre was under renovations and the kids pool was unavailable. The weather did not accommodate the use of the outdoor pools. There were also electricity outages due to faulty cables which was not great.
