Great weekend getaway.
Pros:

Food was fantastic.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Room was spacious but cupboards and bathrooms are looking tired.
I believe they will be revamped later this year.

Cons:

Spa music was loud and had bright lights
Flotation pool surrounds full of cobwebs and roof looks shabby.
Spoils what overall is a beautiful setting.
Disturbed early morning when the company function moved to the heated pool. Very noisy and druken people. I can understand they wanted late night fun so perhaps have security to monitor the noise levels so not to be a nuisance to other guests.
Also have staff clear up the empty beer cans early please. It was an eye sore.

Breakfast was good variety and tasted fine...definitely room for improvement. The pastries were horrid. Worst I have ever had.

Supper was excellent.

Overall i would recommend it.

Very nice and relaxing.
Pros:

Food was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful although the service was slow. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Very convenient location with beautiful surroundings.

Cons:

Curtains in the room didn't close properly. Couldn't use the coffee machine the first night and morning because it didn't have a plug. It required 4 separate requests before a plug was provided.

The staff made it really very nice for us.
Pros:

Staff was wonderfull and really went beyond for us!

Cons:

The unit is not maintained - door was not working, carpet had dirty marks, shower had mold, swimming pool is broken and we struggled with the fire place and no ambiance in the restaurant, had to walk pass construction and no one there to assist, had to go and call someone to assist.

Pros:

The food was good, both breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

All the furniture, as well as the unit itself, urgently needs attention. Some of the blinds and doors cannot close properly. The railings next to the swimming pool are busy collapsing. The shower door does not seal properly, and after showering the bathroom floor has to be dried. Water also seeps in through some of the windows when it rains.
