Breakfast was excellent and the staff very attentive - informal but professional. I rate them as excellent.
The building is a little dated and it's a long haul upto the top with baggage. Not really a complaint though.
Great location and beautiful inside
Bathroom was as clean as it could of been. A lot of dust round the windows
Always wonderful and amazing staff
NA
Great location and all dining and drinking areas very nice inside and out.
Downstairs toilets as stairs are steep.
Fortunately there is a disabled toilet on ground floor.
Excellent friendly service - extra touches for dogs (welcome bag/breakfast)
The room was very comfortable
Parking
Het was er schoon, over het algemeen aardig personeel. Vooral de ontbijt dames zijn heel lief en zorgzaam!
Twijfelaar als bed en omdat we met z’n drieën waren en een hondje zaten we helaas boven in.
Breakfast was excellent a lot of choice and Patsy was fantastic. The staff were great when my friends wanted to stay an extra night and originally they were going to have to change rooms but they managed to work out a way so that was not necessary. The dogs were very well looked after with a breakfast sausage and cold thermos of fresh milk every morning.
Nothing really, rooms were clean, sea view was at a push and communal areas such as landings and stairs were a little tired. Due to the age of the building lots of stairs which were not great for an elderly Labrador but don't think any ground floor rooms.
Nice room, good view.
The Hotel felt "tired"; many areas were untidy; bathroom maintenance was below the standard expected for the price of the room; paint flex's on bathroom not hovered up; window frames dirty and need of painting; floor of breakfast was "sticky"; breakfast over complicated with everything ordered via a tablet.
Nicely situated just on edge of Whitstable. Nice view of sea and grassland. Freindly staff. Hotel has a relaxed nice feel about it.
Internet could be better
Lovely hotel right on the waterfront with great views from the rooms at the front. Delightfully friendly and helpful staff at reception and at breakfast. 20 minute walk along the waterfront into the centre of Whitstable.
The car park at the rear of the hotel is small and it can be difficult to get a space. There is a lift to the first floor but not to the higher floors, although staff will help with your luggage.
The location is stunning, the hotel met everything we expected
Nothing
Location
Cleanliness was low. Hairs on the bed. The water bottle provided in the room was greasy to touch and the bath wasn't clean.
