We normally really enjoy staying here and have done so many times. The attic room was clean but the windows only opened
Pros:

The location, very friendly, clean.

Cons:

1.Paying £240 for an attic room having stayed many times in a premier room for £160- £180.
2. No dressing gown
3. Saturday Night and the hotel bar closing at 11
4. In the past the bar staff have made me a cosmopolitan cocktail. But at this visit they said it’s not on the menu we carn’t make it.
5. Being a diabetic type 1 all your other cocktails have syrup and other added spice which I cannot have, so being away for the night ment I was unable to have a cocktail at the hotel I am staying in. I can drink Cosmopolitans but you are not catering for people with health needs.
6. We were not aware of the amount of steps there were to get up to the room. 2 people in my party have severe knee issues.

Great stay overall. People were very friendly.
Pros:

Very lovely decor. Staff were so friendly. Focus on tea in the room and service.

Cons:

The food was not great. Not sure if they have a qualified chef, but it was not great. I never complain but it was that poor. However. Food is not my main focus.

Love this hotel the decor, staff, position, parking is easy.

The only problem was the shower was a bit dated..

Dog friendly.
Nice location, just outside of Whitstable.
Nice room, good size, although decor needed patching up here and there.
Good choice of food and restaurant nice and bright.
Lovely staff.

Cons:

Shower in bath set up very awkward and severe leak through shower panel.

Mixed views. Would probably not stay there again but stay more central in town.
Pros:

You could park outside.
Good sea views

Cons:

Only spent one night there although I booked two.
Too far from town for walking if eating out in evening.
Limited choice on restaurant menu if eating there.
Not much choice of beer in the bar
