Sea View. Beds comfortable.
Breakfast plates could have been hotter. Finding the car park was difficult.
Very nice hotel over looking the sea. All the staff were amazingly friendly, polite and very helpful.
The food was fantastic both breakfast and dinner.
Nothing.
A pretty, well presented hotel. Exceptionally helpful reception staff, who were always available.
I stayed in room 7 which opened onto a balcony overlooking the sea. A very comfortable bed.
Great location for walks into Whitstable and Hern Bay.
A very enjoyable stay.
One thing I would mention is the shower. The bathroom was lovely, but with the rainfall shower head, there is no way of turning on the shower without getting soaked with cold water!
Great location and brilliant facilities.
Nothing
Absolutely lovely hotel. Well maintained, clean, nice decor.
Staff extremely friendly. Especially breakfast staff. Great breakfast menu
Small car park at rear that gets full up pretty quickly but you can quite easily park out the front when the area quietens down.
great breakfast bed room little beat up view ok
last night disco
We booked a superior room with balcony and overlooking the sea view, the room hit the mark. Bathroom was fine, albeit small. Staff without exception friendly and polite, dinner was good and breakfast also.
The weather, however, that was out of their control.
Proximity to Whitstable , the breakfast was brilliant.
It felt a bit tired.
The room, food and the view were excellent.
Some of the waiting staff needed a little more training. For example, when they brought bottles of wine to the table they didn't open them for us. One table had to remind them that the bottle had a cork rather than a screwcap!
Lots of areas to sit. Bedroom was lovely. Breakfast was good
The bar areas were a bit messy with uncollected glasses etc
Friendly staff, room was clean views lovely .. comfortable bed

Lovely Hotel. Shower was a bit poor but that’s a minor point on a fantastic hotel.
