Una pousada espectacular en una ciudad maravillosa.
Pros:

Un edificio impresionante, bien acondicionado, una piscina preciosa, personal amabilísimo y un desayuno estupendo.

Cons:

Eché en falta tres cosas en la habitación:
1. Un secador de pelo en condiciones. Es frecuente que hoteles estupendos cuenten con secadores de pelo que parecen elegidos por señores calvos.
2. Refrescos y agua en el minibar.
3. Plancha y tabla de plancha en el armario.

Cons:

Não há estacionamento gratuito no hotel nem nas proximidades. O hotel cobra 18€ por dia de estacionamento, nem sequer é coberto nem tem ligação directa ao hotel, havendo necessidade de deslocação a céu aberto, independentemente do estado do tempo (chuva ou calor).

O preço praticado é um abuso, tendo em conta o tipo de estacionamento e condições disponibilizadas, sabendo que não há alternativa válida ao estacionamento do hotel.

Fora do hotel o estacionamento é pago por parquímetro (moedas) ou a entidade privada num estacionamento próximo fora do hotel, sem ligação directa e com custos semelhantes aos praticados nos restantes parques privados.

Esperava um pouco mais!
Pros:

O hotel tem uma arquitetónica histórica, mas muito moderna. Muito bonito! O pequeno almoço era bom. A receção foi muito acolhedora e prestável. O quarto era enorme e confortável.

Cons:

Existiam muitas zonas em manutenção e outras bastante degradadas, o que tornava os momentos um pouco desapontantes. Em duas noites, nunca vi nenhum funcionário na zona do SPA. A casa de banho do quarto está totalmente desenquadrada de tudo o resto.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities, large room with plenty of cupboards.Good breakfast.

There was a long queue to check into the hotel. The lady that checked us in was very nice but she was working on her own.

L'hôtel est magnifique et bien situé (centre ville) idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied.
Le personnel est très aimable

Cons:

Un petit bémol toutefois, nous n'avions pas de pantoufles et de peignoirs (habituellement mis en place dans cette catégorie d'hôtel.
