O quarto que ficamos era maravilhoso, muito espaçoso! O café da manhã era incrível e os funcionários sempre sorridentes e prestativos. Fica literalmente a 15 minutos do Phabeni Gate, então foi uma localização muito boa para nos, que fizemos o Safari por conta própria.

It was cold so I would have liked a floor mat next to the bed .

Excellent location close to shops & restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. The cake & sherry at welcome was a nice touch. The food at Kuka Café is really good!
Had dinner twice at the restaurant-food was nice ,but the 2nd evening I ordered lamb curry for R345 and there was almost no meat in it.When I complained the chef did not even had the courtesy to come speak to me ,but said to the waiter I should have complained earlier,which I should ,but it left a very bad taste.
Bedding was impeccable and the outside shower had perfect and consistent hot water.
I didn't like the fact that I had to leave, but I'll be back.

Room size and furnishings comfortable and stylish. The outdoor shower is a must do!
No backup energy source when power goes out. No covered parking available.

The room had a very bad smell. My eyes were stinging and i enquired if it was smoking allowed. She said no. But the room smelled stale and pungent. The manager arrived and claimed he could not smell anything. My eyes were burning. I was moved to another room. My eyes were both red in the morning from the short time I spent in the room.
The place is very serene. We loved the pool area so much with their spacious mini decks and big loungers and comfortable bean bags.
The staff was very friendly.
Poop pressure in the shower was frustrating. We didn't enjoy taking a shower.
