Clean comfortable room. Staff very friendly and professional. I’m very hard of hearing and the front desk lady at check in was above and beyond patient with me. I just wish I could remember her name.

Floors were dirty, shower didn’t work properly, had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom
The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good and had a variety, the room was clean, and the area was quiet.
The gym needs some better working equipment with more choices.
Lady at breakfast was friendly and helpful
Check in staff rude. Did not get first floor requested due to mobility/ was at end of hall. Road noise/trains and planes. Bed uncomfortable
I enjoyed my overnight stay on 17 August 2026. I felt safe walking from my room to the outside to get a meal at Church's Chicken restaurant. I even stopped at Circle K convenience store on the way back to my room to purchase bottles of water. I appreciate the complimentary tag bags in the lobby area. Breakfast was delicious and filling.
I didn't like that I didn't receive a Veteran discount due to reserving my room utilizing the Booking app. I wasn't instructed in regard to amenities on property for my personal use at all. I noticed near the elevator a room with some gym equipment and a whirlpool.
Staff was cool, location was perfect and overall not a bad hotel.
Carpets on 3rd floor need cleaning, also the elevator walls could use a cleaning
