It's the beds, hard to explain, just super comfortable.
Pros:

I have stayed here several times through the years, and the biggest thing is that they have the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in any hotel or motel anywhere. Remember how futons felt years, or decades, ago.
The staff is great, the breakfast hot and good, the wifi fast, and the location is central to getting around the city.
I will probably be staying there again on the way past.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean, roomy and comfortable. Will certainly stay again if need arises.
Pros:

Staff was excellent; great location; large room; very comfortable bed and pillows; facilities were clean.

Cons:

Hot tub was not available and apparently being repaired, however no one was working on it.
