I have stayed at Leela before and it is always a pleasure. They upgraded me to a better room. The first room had a weird smell so the staff was quick in rectifying this. Overall always a pleasure.

I’ve stayed here around 20 times over the past two years, but unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning. There seems to be no loyalty consideration for regular guests. I recently requested to extend my stay by one night and was quoted nearly triple the price. Instead, I checked out and moved to another five-star property next door. Sadly, this left a poor impression. Last year too, manager had call to apologise for a previous incident, but it seems there’s been no improvement in making loyal guests feel truly valued.

I love this hotel. I come through Delhi 2-4 times a year and always try to stay here if I can. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is so clean. Breakfast is top notch. It is attached to the mall so you can walk for plenty of food options and entertainment. I’m really not sure I have anything negative. Gym is great, sauna included. This is perfect for me.

Stunning property. After a flight cancellation had to stay here for about a day and a half. I made full use of the amenities - the gym, rooftop pool and incredible restaurant. Huge shopping mall next door aswell.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Whilst I was working throughout I was also able to make use of every facility and eat some amazing food in Spectra. The facilities are very good, albeit some renovation in the men’s spa may be a wise plan it was still excellent. The room was really lovely, with unique elements that were appreciated, the blinds that open to open the bathroom up to the room are a lovely touch. My view was incredible, you would never believe the proximity to urbanisation and one of the biggest malls I have been to!
Most importantly, the staff. I have never experienced such organic attentiveness and helpfulness, without a constant reminder watering for money. Most mentioned that Leela has been the best hotel they have worked for, and that is a real credit. I was treated amazingly, with continual focus on ensuring I had exactly what I needed or wanted, with being intrusive.

I will certainly be returning, and this time with a view to spending a little more time at leisure rather than working too much!
