Cons:

The large pillows looked great but were a bit too thick for comfortable neck support. It would really improve sleep quality if there were a mix of firmer, slimmer pillows alongside the larger ones, so guests can choose what suits their sleeping style

A good option if you want to live outside of Nairobi!
Pros:

The staff, big spacious rooms, lounge/ bar area, having multiple choices of restaurants, WiFi, distance to airport/ elephant orphanage/ giraffe centre/ national park

Cons:

Pillows where horrible, view to National park was far away (it’s a beautiful view, just not as close as you get the impression of), mixup with rooms but the staff solved it after one night, sometimes the cleaning staff went into the rooms without knocking
