A good option if you want to live outside of Nairobi!
Pros:

The staff, big spacious rooms, lounge/ bar area, having multiple choices of restaurants, WiFi, distance to airport/ elephant orphanage/ giraffe centre/ national park

Cons:

Pillows where horrible, view to National park was far away (it’s a beautiful view, just not as close as you get the impression of), mixup with rooms but the staff solved it after one night, sometimes the cleaning staff went into the rooms without knocking

The airport pick-up was super easy and well organised. Rooms were spacious and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good.

Good rooms and location

Cons:

My room was next to a noisy lift. It kept me awake. The airport shuttle was late, which I find unacceptable considering it costs about 8x what Uber would've charged. On a previous trip, the shuttle didnt turn up to meet me at airport. On the whole, it's a good hotel but these issues will make me look for other options next time I have a Nairobi stopover.

Overall very satisfied.
Pros:

Great choice for breakfast, very decent room.

Cons:

Requested transport from AP to hotel but didn't get confirmation and didn't see 'Panari' transport at AP so had to take taxi.
