Absolutely fantastic, a great place to rest and recharge
Pros:

The room was great and we looked out over Nairobi National Park where we could see giraffes from our room which was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they brought us welcome drinks, took our bags to our room and they were so helpful. The fitness centre was good, I enjoyed a morning swim. We also had a quick and easy private transfer to the airport. We have stayed in several hotels near Nairobi airport and this one is by far the best in this price range, we would highly recommend it.

Cons:

Some of the items on the breakfast buffet could have been fresher but the selection was good and the freshly made items such as the omelettes were excellent. It was a good breakfast and the staff were very attentive and helpful.

Pros:

La struttura è impeccabile, è impossibile trovare una nota negativa, offre tutto, nello specifico oltre alle comodità di un normale hotel extra lusso europeo al suo interno ha anche una sala cinema e una pista di pattinaggio sul ghiaccio. É possibile organizzare Safari direttamente con la reception ed all’interno ha più ristoranti per provare cucine diverse. La pulizia e la comodità sono impeccabili

La struttura non è proprio in centro ma con 5 minuti di Uber si è in pieno centro

We booked going through so many good reviews but sorry it not up to the standard.
Pros:

As we were supposed to catch a flight early in the morning we requested for a complimentary shuttle from the hotel to the airport, which was provided and was on time, which is appreciable. Of course, one side complimentary shuttle was in the contract.

Cons:

I paid by cash USD, the receptionist person checked my notes twice and when he took them my transaction was completed. When we reached our allocated room, I got a call from the receptionist that one of the 20 USD note is of year 2009 which is not accepted, hence, I will have to exchange with a different note. I contested saying that US dollars from the year 2007 and above are all acceptable in Kenya (I knew it from other bloggers and a bank in Kenya). He said that it is only in the case of USD 50 (here he lied). Anyways, I requested to him return the note as I had other USD 20 notes with me and a person was sent to our room with a soiled note which I never had and never gave that at the counter for payment. The person at the reception counter asked me to trust him and after some argumens he insisted that cctv can be checked. We agreed for cctv footage and very soon, another lady, may be a senior staff came up and said not to worry and she took back the soiled note and the matter was settled. But my question is why we were not shown the cctv footage? As I used to work for a bank, I know which notes are acceptable being soiled and which are not. Further, I would have never carried such a note with me as I know very well that such a note is not passable. So, the trustworthyness of the person at reception counter is seriously doubtful and it left a bad taste in dealing.

Further, as we were supposed to catch a flight early in the morning we requested for packed breakfast. We were given two packs no doubt but my God, never expected such an awful breakfast from a 5 star hotel. Our doubt, it is really a 5 star hotel?
