A frustrating end to out stay in this big hotel
Pros:

Big hotel - stayed there twice - day before safari, and day after safari before Airport. Big rooms, good facility. Slightly dated - good buffet breakfast - close to airport.

Cons:

Booked the same room type for both stays. First time, ended up on floor 5 - view of the back of the hotel signage and the outdoor smoking area - couldn't see the park.

Second time, requested a higher floor, and requested a late checkout at 1430 as our flight was at 1700 - airport is only 20 minutes away. They advised of a charge of 70% of the price of a full nights stay for these few hours - we reluctantly agreed as we needed the room & time. Began harassing us on the phone at 1400 as they misheard the target check out time - lots of stress upon checkout as we repacked and they dialled up the pressure while we had to insist they had made an error. Ultimately didn't charge us for the late checkout for unknown reasons, but the experience was unsettling, and the last on land experience after nearly a month on safari in TZ & KY. Disappointing and left a very salty taste as we drove to the airport.

Pros:

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The only issue is that on our final night the A/C system ran into trouble and we slept a warm night. Other than that, the staff, room, food, location were terrific. We highly recommend!

Cons:

Nothing except that the A/C system failed one night of our 6-night stay. Oh well, things break but staff did everything it could to compensate for this.

Må kunne offer bedre service
Pros:

Beliggenhet fra flyplassen er topp.
Dusjen var elendige. Mye vann på gulvet. Må venter 10 mins på varmt varm. Toalett må du brukte alt av krefter til å dra ned. Rom service ikke på topp.

Cons:

Rom service når du som gjester må svarer på hva du ønsker service på. De må kunne vite hva de skal gjøre
