The staff needs training and the room itself needs some enhancement.

It was close to great Wolfe lodge

Cons:

The front desk guy didn’t check my id to make sure I was who I said I was and then most places you visit they will let you know if their pool is open or closed give you information about breakfast and any other important details we for none of that. On top of that our door wouldn’t latch all the way and I have an autistic child so I couldn’t rest making sure he didn’t get out of the door. The beds weren’t comfortable and the hot water was Luke warm. The only good thing about this place is that it was close to the park we were visiting.

Guest service needs more training.
Pros:

Sit off from the road and very clean in the parking lot.

Cons:

The guest service check in. Hazeer. I think that’s how you spell his name. He continued to tell me my card was declined instead of saying thy don’t take a pre paid card. He needs to be retrained in the correct words to say. I almost cancelled my visit with 5 girls behind me. Then he asked me questions and made me forget what I needed when I went to the front desk. I only gave a good rating bc my kids enjoyed it. But that guest service needs more training. It was a woman with him and she was nice. Figured out the system rejection.

A perfect stay at this beautiful, clean, and fresh new hotel
Pros:

What used to be a Wingate by Wyndham hotel is now this fully remodeled Fairfield Inn. The sweet lady at reception said the project was recently completed. Everything was clean and perfectly met our needs. As Platinum Elite members, were upgraded to a King Suite. Very comfortable bed, great shower, and big fluffy towels. The pool looked clean and inviting. There is a very nice fitness room with a filtered water station. A guest laundry facility was on our (2nd) floor. Ice machines on 1st & 3rd floors.
We enjoyed a delightful breakfast, hosted by Kenneth, who was very friendly and accommodating, keeping food stocked and dining tables spotless. The food was fresh and very good with a nice assortment of options.
We would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Not a big choice on breakfast, Elevator sounded like it wanted to fall apart, not enough towels or washcloths, No shampoo or conditioner in the room,

Entry door was hard to open and close. You had to really physically push it. Microwave didn’t work. Bathroom door didn’t lock, hard to close. No iron/ironing board.
