Breakfast was good...the ladies serving Breakfast were wonderful.

Cons:

I was told that my ESA dog would be able to stay with me until I got there. The owner/manager told me when I got there that my dog was not welcome. I showed him our documents to no avail. The experience was not pleasant . He Eventually decided to allow us to stay but not until I was thorough disgusted with the whole experience...I boldly asked him how he intended to satisfy me considering the earlier unpleasantness. We decided on a free dinner...when I checked out, I left the receipt for a very modest dinner bill. As I suspected, he did not pay for the dinner.

I was shown where to park my car. I was informed where the light in the room was. those were helpf
Pros:

Did not use your breakfast room. But the lady that checked me in.. She deserve a golden star. She assisted me with parking.. Checked that I was ok Told me where the elevator was. That also when I entered the room , where the light switch was.. She was exemplified good customer service!!

Lo limpio y comodo

Cons:

Que dieron mucha queja por mis niños . Yo puse que traía niños me pusieron en 440 y a la gente le estaba molestando que ellos caminaran pienso que si pongo que traigo niños era mejor ponerlos en el primer piso. Me tocaron mi puerta 2 veces y eso no me pareció comodo !

Cons:

You had to park in a lot nowhere near the front door and get a luggage cart, haul it to your car and haul it back, repeating in reverse the next morning. The property has an unpleasant odor throughout. The breakfast was skimpy but the breakfast staff was very friendly.
