Simple and clean with breakfast included at a reasonable price

Shout out to Ms Ocean💖

Cons:

No cell phone charging ports. I usually see in hotels and needed to leave a $100 refundable deposit (was refunded quickly).

Quick and easy and painless
Pros:

Every single member of the staff was so accommodating and very kind! I was very shocked at how much they waited on us hand and foot. I don’t think I’ve ever had that experience at Best Western hotel before. This should be recognized! Hard to find these days

Nice hotel, right outside Philly.
Pros:

The staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Right next door to a restaurant UNO, which was convenient. Very clean.

Cons:

The fridge wasn't cold.

The shower had a black stain not sure what it was but I avoided contact to be safe.

BEDBUGS!!!

The lady that checked us in was extremely professional.

Cons:

The walk to and from the parking lot. It’s an alley with homeless people and their belongings all over the place. I woke up to SCREAMS from my guest due to a BEDBUG crawling on her face and pillow. The outlets didn’t work to charge phones. So no charged phones!!! When I spoke to the manager she was nonchalant and didn’t act in an urgency manner. When I showed her the video, her reaction was as if this is a common issue. I am extremely disappointed in this stay. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A BEST WESTERN AGAIN!!!
