Saj Earth Resort

The property and location is really good and so are the staff. But the appliances in the room were not upto the mark. Our bathroom shower handle was broken. The hot water indicator was not visible. The washroom opens directly to the pantry.

Good supportive staff

Beautifully planned , poorly executed. Not maintained up to standards and I can rate it 3 star only. The toilet was smelly and very old and looked dirty. Food was ok, bar is very nice but rooms for me is thumbs down because of the bathroom and toilet not being up to standard.

Resort with pool was awesome. Sadly the food was not great and the bar did not have stock of many items on the bar menu... Only thing to drink was warm beers as they did not even bother to chill the beers

Love being poolside and the food was firstrate. Robe a nice touch. Asked for more soap towels and toiletpaper didn't get it.

Good place near airport

Staff are very accommodating, attentive, and helpful when you can find them. The hotel is very quiet which also means that there is very little activity throughout the resort. The pool area is wonderful and was the main attraction to this property. The bar was not stocked to be able to make many of the drinks on the menu.

2 hours to check in, the system failed, they called Expedia 3 times. The staff came and knocked on my door twice the same night to ask me for my adress while I was taking a shower. My boyfriend had to walk out half naked to ask for the wifi password because they set it to lower case but the card said all caps. At checkout thwy did not have change when thwy gave us the "security deposit" back and ended up owing us money. Other than the stadd at the reception everyone else was great! Also, cold water in the shower. Not worth the money. I am at a $20 dollar hotel being treated like a queen right now.

We had a great 3 day stay. We've stayed in most of the other 5 star hotels in Cochin and I doubt we will ever stay at any of the other hotels again. We've stayed here many times and each time we stay it's a little better. Saj Resort only seems to get better.
When we go to Kerela we want it to feel like Kerela most of the resorts we've stayed at could be anywhere in India. Saj Earth is a true Kerela experience while maintaining a high level of comfort. Dont be put off by how close it is to the Airport it is a true resort and you'll never know your close to the Airport.
Minor inconveniences, staff needs a bit of training in some areas and the back patio needed a good mopping. But overall it was an excellent time.

It was a great experience and a memorable stay at this resort, food was awesome and all other facilities were very good.

Fantastically designed hotel, ideal for family or a conference. Really nice rooms, the only 2 negatives I will point out for the sake of pointing out were the hard water stains on the taps & also the leaves in the pool. A small effort can rectify this.

The hotel facilities are wonderful. But the staff is a group of cats each doing there own thing and not communicating. We asked the same question multiple times and got the same answer but when it came time to execute they did the exact opposite. This actually happened twice both times resulting in us frustrated with the manager on duty.

If you can figure out how to stay here without actually having to deal with the reception desk you should be a golden.

Only stayed one night so i cant really say much. The room was ok but the bath was filthy.

The smell of disinfectant dominated the room for my stay. Even opening tbe room and letting it air out did little. As soon as I closed the window and turned on the ac it was back. Only downside of a great stay.

staff don't know what they are doing. manegar lied to us about the sweeming Poll no water doing mantanece. week before our group arrive I called and he said all is OK no problem about anything. when we arrive they said poll is under construction last 2 week. I move my group 4 room other hotel and I paid quite high. then he said can't do anything about price I paid another hotel. he said can only give 10% about spa or food bill.
I am now going to complain ministry of tourism in India. if I not get my money back.

A great place for the airport-5 mins away ,it may need a bit of TLC and a coat of paint to be honest as it was looking a bit grubby but staff were very helpful,friendly and the food was good.
Free shuttle to the airport in the morning.

Staff are polite and efficient.
Room comfort and cleanliness is excellent.
My feedback from my stay last year remains. The in-room safes are not secured to the structure of the building. Coincidentally, just as I was entering my room, one of the staff came to remove and replace the safe very quickly. I chuckled at the irony. Any thief could do the same. Note, however, the facility does have security measures in place. It just appears absurd to have a safe that can be carried under one's arm out of the room and complex so easily.

Excellent experience. We felt like at home. Rooms very luxurious, staff incredibly friendly, very clean and full of conforts
