O hotel mandou mensagem pelo Booking confirmando a estadia e o horário de check-in. Entretanto, ao chegar ao hotel, na recepção, informaram que seriamos alocados em outro hotel. Após muita confusão, aceitaram nossa permanência.

A localizaçao é muito boa, perto de tudo em Palermo Soho e o quarto tem um bom tamanho

Cons:

O cafe da manhã é fraco, nao tem frutas naturais alem de laranja, assim como os doces sao poucos e sem graça.
A sauna é fake, pois nao aquece a ponto de suar.
As amenidades do banheiro nao são repostas, no meu caso 3 noites
