My new favorite hotel in Champaign
Pros:

This place was extremely clean (with the exception of the chair in the room, there were some stains but you’re not supposed to touch those anyways) i love that there were hardwood/ vinyl floors making it sanitary. Breakfast was good, they had some grab and go/ packaged options to if you’re on the go or have an issue with communal style food. Check in was so simple. One thing that stood out to me was i saw the maid had her daughter with her and that really touched me that they allowed that as being family oriented is important. Would 100% book again

Cons:

There wasn’t anything i didnt like. This place was honestly amazing i was taken aback. Maybe a bit more cleaning/ disinfecting in between (like having the breakfast attendant clean tables more often) but this place is already so much cleaner then other hotels ive stayed at ( like the country inn next door i use to book at)

Pros:

The rooms are spacious esthetically pleasant, Beds comfortable and Fancy coffee machine for lattes, mochas. Breakfast with variety and very good..Pool decent size no deep end so that's ideal especially for kiddos 😊

Pros:

Liked the pool and the exercise room. The breakfast was good but found no decaf coffee which I generally mix with regular coffee. Yes, we could ask for it but I figured it would take too much time from my request to their producing the coffee so I did not request it.

Cons:

I thought I paid too much for the room in other words I did not think I got what I wanted for the price that I paid.

Great staff!
Pros:

Location was great! Lu was at the Front Desk when we arrived. We got into our room and noticed how warm it was, we stayed in there for 2 hrs and I mentioned to her the room was not getting any cooler. We ended up after our 3rd room with everything being what we expected with our room. My point is Lu continued to strive to make our stay a good one. A lot of the issues were not something she could control. Lu I appreciate all that you did to help us that evening! Thank you!!

Pros:

Staff was nice. The breakfast was good and love the location it was by everything like stores, mall restaurants and interstate. Also it was just a 15 minute drive from the University.

Cons:

Wish the rates were a little better but understand because of the timing of college move in. Hopefully I can get a better rate the next time I book.
