I felt safe walking around. Things were clean, all staff were helpful and friendly

Pros:

Room was great! Wish breakfast lasted a little longer on a weekend and I had two conditioners in the shower and not a shampoo and that seems silly but for over $300 for one night… I mean.. come on.
Called to get a later check out and the woman said she wasn’t qualified to answer that.. I asked if she was night audit and could see incoming bookings (I worked in a hotel for years) she said. Uhhhhhh… so that wasn’t professional but in the morning I was able to talk to someone who was. Overall though I would stay again if in a pinch like I was last night.

Great choice for a stay in the area around Bradenton
Pros:

We recently had a second stay in this property. Check-In was easy and efficient. We were welcomed with membership status. Allocation of room matched our preferences.
Room and the whole property was clean and met our expectation. Everything is up to date here. Breakfast staff were attentive, everything was well prepared and refilled. Service here was great.
Also wifi connection is far better than in other properties we visited so far.
It is a great location for excursions around Sarasota. We will definitely return to this hotel if we will visit the area for another trip.
