Ramada by Wyndham Drayton Valley

After a stressful situation durning a hockey tournament where our therapy dog wasn’t allowed at the rink, my son, therapy dog and I spend the weekend at the hotel while my daughter and husband went to the rink for hockey. We would have been stuck in the vehicle but because of the kindness of Patricia (front desk) she upgraded our family to a main floor room with a mini kitchenette and sitting area. My son, therapy dog and I were able to grab board games to play in our room, or in the amazing game area. We were also treated by kindness from Miranda (kitchen/dining) with a wonderful breakfast selection to enjoy in the morning and even some grab and go snacks (which were helpful for my son during the day).

Thank you Patricia and Miranda for your kindness and making our stressful and upsetting weekend sooooo much better!

Found this hotel after a very bad experience at another hotel in the area. Front desk was super nice!

Because of the late check in, I ended up in the accessible room, it was huge & very spacious which I appreciated!

Room was clean, I liked that it had access to the parking lot outside very quickly.

Didn't get a chance to checkout the pool area

Breakfast was better than expected:
- waffle maker with tons of toppings (previosuly frozen mixed fruit, whipped cream, sprinkles, maple syrup, etc)
- freshly made scrambled eggs
- hashbrowns
-pork sausages
- bakery items ( poppyseed lemon loaf, bread, bagels)
-packaged hard boiled eggs
- yogurt cups
- juice, tea, coffee
- cereal

As someone with multiple food restrictions, this selection was really good! I couldn't eat everything, but it was still nice to see.

Thank you to Ryan, Patricia and Kylie at Ramada for making our stay at Christmas so so pleasant and relaxed. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet. It was nice to unwind in the hot tub before going to bed. We did not partake in the continental breakfast as we had other Christmas plans but it was appreciated that breakfast was available.

Had a great time. Breakfast was hot, rooms were clean, pool was warm. It was a fantastic stay. Especially the front desk clerk. Patricia, was a delight!

What a wonderful experience.
We stayed for my husbands Christmas party. The front desk agent was amazing his name is Sahil, I’ll never forget him what an amazing human being he was. He helped with little requests we had and I’ll always remember him. Not everyone should be in a customer facing job but Sahil should be.. thank you we will be back next year

Patricia at Drayton Valley Ramada amazing customer service very friendly and nice and super helpful allowed our company an early check in!!!

Staff was friendly, accommodating and polite. With the exception of a stained mattress pad on the pullout and the conditioner being empty it was a good place to stay.

We were traveling as a family on a hunting trip. We all slept wonderfully in their super conformable beds. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely be back!

The environment is exceptionally appealing and inviting. It is well-suited for pets, and the space is maintained with a high standard of cleanliness and freshness.

There had been some rain early, lots of mud in the area. The staff was constantly cleaning and vacuuming the floors. Even the stairway was kept clean.
The staff is always friendly and super helpful.
We were late for breakfast a couple days, they were very accommodating.
