The Mantrini Chiang Rai

Wir hatten einen kurzen, aber hervorragenden Aufenthalt im Hotel Mantrini Chiang Rai.
Große und saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet!
Man ist in weniger als 10 Fahrminuten im Zentrum der Stadt. Sehr gute Lage!
Würde hier immer wieder übernachten!

Bed bugs and mosquitoes are available anytime without a request. Wife slept with 2 plastic bags covered her feet due to bed bugs. Mosquitoes’ bites are everywhere on my body and my wife.

部屋に蚊が入っていた

ナイトマーケットから離れていて不便ですが、隣はセントラルデパートで便利。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで素晴らしいです。
チェンライでは良く宿泊しています。
快適に過ごせる造りのホテルでバルコニーのある中庭がプール。プライベート感があってとてもいい。現在はリノベーション中でした。完成したらまた宿泊したい。

Nice hotel with excellent service. Very helpful staff

Very clean, breakfast was always good they give you the option of how you would like your eggs cooked. Staff was great amd very helpful

满意的地方：1.酒店区位比较好，附近有一个商场马路对面是仓储式大型超市，购物和用餐都非常方便。2.酒店的早餐丰富，海鲜鱼粥非常好吃，算是一个特色。3.酒店的电视机包含HDMI接口，可以操作使用switch（虽然酒店人员对我的回复中表示没有这个系统）。4.酒店不大但是房间非常宽敞，满足了我提出的入住要求。
需要改进的方面：1.酒店原先向我回复的：车站到酒店就5分钟路程实际不是步行距离，而是车载距离，步行需要30分钟左右，距离车站比较远。2.虽然酒店位置还可以，但是不是在繁华市区，周围除了上述提到的商业建筑外，几乎算是一个省道附近，出行如果不是酒店安排叫车或者包车，几乎无法拦到车。3.酒店热水在夜晚供应情况不太理想，比较冷。4.浴室的设计，浴缸中若想泡澡水温难以满足。
整体感受：酒店不大，但是非常干净，非常安静，价格适中，周围的商业区能满足短途旅行需要。但是不适合以度假村的标准来衡量。

Nice hotel, far away from the tourist attractions, but next to the Central Mall and Big C. Only warm water in the morning and evening. If we wanted a hot shower or bath, had to get it in the afternoon. Ok breakfast, mostly Thai and Chinese.

Front desk staff 的服务態度良好，熱誠招待客人。
對客人的問题都盡力帮助！下次會再去住！

Basic simple as room ok breakfast not so good pool tiny

Overall it was a very good experience and the staff was incredible!! The hotel is a bit far, but we didn't mind because we love walking. I loved the hotel decorations and the pool area. I would definitely go back!

We like the hotel cleanliness and politeness of the staff. The room is small to our liking. Should have booked the higher category maybe more spacious. The sunken bathtub is cute but too small for us as we can't stretch our legs! It was ok overall.

Just perfect on all levels, very high standard,staff were excellent, food was fantastic, also the hotel is next to a very big shopping centre and a great massage shop... we really enjoyed this place..
