Excellent hôtel pour Playa
Pros:

L’accueil est chaleureux et le personnel toujours prêt à aider.
L’emplacement est très bien pour accéder aux artères touristiques.
La chambre et sa salle de bain sont agréable, ainsi que le tour de la piscine. De plus, l’endroit est calme, et ça fait du bien après l’effervescence dans les rues.
La cuisine partagée est un plus (dommage que les assiettes soient en plastique)

Cons:

La piscine est froide (février 2026), et comme il ne faisait pas excessivement chaud quand nous y étions, nous n’en n’avons pas profité.

Pros:

Far enough away from 5th Street to avoid most of the noise, but close enough to walk everywhere. The pool was simple and nice, and they even had a little kitchen you could use.

A little oasis in Playa del carmen
Pros:

The staff were very special to us. All the rooms have small patios. The hotel has good ventilation and stays relatively cool
. The showers were great. I loved the yellow tone of the hotel. Good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

One night out of 18 the noise was bad

A comfortable, basic hotel that fit our needs for 2 nights while in transit. Would recommend.
Pros:

Overall, a good 2 night stay. Clean room and friendly staff. Everything that we needed. Pretty courtyard and pool area.

Cons:

Check out staff person was not overly helpful.

Stayed with a friend, would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Fantastic location close to lots of great places to eat, easy quick walk to beach, loved that you couldn’t hear any ambient street noise inside the rooms! Enjoyed the pool area, didn’t get a chance to use the hammocks but wish I had, staff was extremely friendly. Liked that there was coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Cons:

More comfortable pillows please!

Passable hotel in a convenient location...
Pros:

Acceptable hotel in a convenient location - it was a little more basic than we hoped for and not especially comfortable. It sells itself very well on the website but in reality it's less plush than it makes out. It does have a decent pool, which is a bonus. Close to 5th Avenue, but it's still very quiet.

Cons:

Grounds aren't very well cared for - there's a children's play area which looks like it should be condemned. Coffee is sporadically available - only a facility if you're lucky to catch it. We had a wasp infestation which invaded our bathroom overnight - we had to evacuate quickly and wait until it could be dealt with by the cleaners (who did a good job, but we still had to clear up a few almost dead wasps, even one sat on my toothbrush). Booking.com ended up charging for the room twice, the hotel did help us cancel it for free but it has never happened to me elsewhere. We stayed 2 nights, any longer and I might have looked for somewhere nicer.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel
Pros:

La piscine est très sympa, propre et assez spacieuse. Le personnel est adorable. La cuisine commune est très pratique! Emplacement idéal, à quelques minutes à pied des arrêts de bus et de l’avenue principale.

Cons:

Nous aurions apprécié qu’il y ait quelques condiments dans la cuisine (sel, poivre, huile).

Emplacement fabuleux pour profiter de Playa del Carmen.
Pros:

Établissement vieillot ainsi que les équipements mais largement compensé par le qualité du personnel et son attention. La piscine d' un entretien irréprochable. Et surtout un emplacement superbe.

Cons:

Hotel vieillissant qui mériterait un coup de jeune.

Fantastiskt ställe
Pros:

Fantastiskt läge, lagom långt från allt stök. Bekväma rum, härligt poolområde, tillgång till kök, hjälpsam personal och en rik frukost på närliggande restaurang.

Cons:

Wifi på rummet var lite skakigt och poolen möjligen i kallaste laget för barnen.

- Matratzen durchgelegen
- Preis war über Weihnachten und Silvester sehr teuer, aber das war vorherzusehen wegen der Reisezeit
- Das Frühstück, das inklusive hätte sein sollen, bestand nur aus Tee und Kaffee
- Alles ist sehr hellhörig, nachts hört man den Lärm der umliegenden Bars, ist in Mexiko aber teils normal
