Prima als eerste stop vanaf je overtocht en om Canterbury en andere nabije bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken
Pros:

Prima hotel, makkelijk bereikbaar en hele leuke sfeer.
Goed ontbijt en avondeten.
Vraag naar een gerenoveerde kamer aan de tuinkant.

Cons:

Hot tap on bathroom sink very stiff
A pity there was no soup available despite being on the menu.
These are just small things which were not hugely important.

Great stay and experience .
Pros:

The friendly service was great , all requests were dealt with and all the staff made you feel at home , the room was excellent .
The facilities are great , especially for families and acres of space .
I even extended my stay two more nights .

Cons:

The 3pm check in time , made it a bit rushed meeting my family at the hotel .

Not bad but dissapointing they didn’t considered a family staying above a rather noisy function room
Pros:

Friendly staff, great busy pub and good atmosphere. Family room was huge and well equipped meeting all expectations on the renovation work.

Cons:

A family room located right above a noisy function room. Abhorrent language from other residents/guests using the function room.

Expected some noise but the whole block was shaking well passed 23:00 and foul language, smashed glasses and smoking below the family room balcony

It was very nice but the restaurant needs better quality of food

Very friendly lady on reception, the room was lovely and very clean

Perfect for one night after arriving on Eurotunnel from France with our dog .
Pros:

Most of the hotel is dog friendly and we could eat in the restaurant with him, the bed was comfy, staff where friendly

Cons:

the room was a little small and no view, we had a view of a wall! but it was only for one night so we didn't complain, we had a meal in the restaurant and it was just okay, everything was breaded and fried. The hotel was a little 'tired' with the decor..You could hear the creaks from the upper room and running water now and then was very clear..

Pros:

We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and clearly recently refurbished, which made everything feel fresh and modern. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.
The staff were polite, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed, which really enhanced our experience. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely return.
