What a wonderful experience staying here. It has the qualities of a top rates hotel; is incredibly clean and with wonderful staff.
It gives the feeling of space throughout the hotel. The rooms are a good size and have good quality furnishings. The bed was too hard for my liking but coped with it during our short stay.There was a small balcony for the room.
The food quality was excellent. the buffet breakfast was substantial and the checkin checkout very efficient. Overall an excellent stay.

When you stay at a four-star hotel there are certain expectations like things will work. The biggest issues we had were the walls are paper thin. .....we could hear everything in the two rooms next to us, the Wi-Fi was down more than it was up, and the staff seem to be clueless when there were problems. Our air conditioning didn't work. They sent someone up. He literally just took a look at it, told me it was functioning normally and walked out even though we had no cooling and nothing happening. So I guess my suggestion is use with caution.

Lo único que podría decir era que estando en Italia, con tanto naranjo, el zumo natural de naranja en el desayuno estaría muy bien.
Das Abendessen im Restaurant war hervorragend. Die Kellner waren sehr bemüht. Wir haben jedoch nur einmal dort gegessen, denn die Speisekarte war klein und blieb während des gesamten Aufenthalts unverändert.
Der Wellness- und Spa- Bereich war geschlossen. Angeblich nur am Wochenende geöffnet. Wir fanden das äußerst enttäuschend, denn das Wetter war kalt und wir haben uns richtig auf die Möglichkeit gefreut, in die Sauna zu gehen. Die Rezeptionistin war ziemlich pampig. Im Zimmer gab es keine Kaffeemaschine und keinen Wasserkocher.
Der zum Frühstück servierte Kaffee entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen.
Das Hotel ist sehr entlegen. Man hat keine Möglichkeit, zu Fuß zu einem Café oder zu einem Restaurant hinzugehen.
