- Wellness Center (Spa) opening hours: Open from Friday to Sunday from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.

- During the colder months, opening days may vary (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Please check with the property prior to arrival.

La posizione dell'hotel sulla baia

Cons:

Accesso alla camera alle ore 15; pur essendo una struttura a 4 stelle che ospita peraltro turisti stranieri la camera non è dotata di un bollitore o macchina per il caffè.
La colazione appena sufficiente

We had a wonderfull stay at Baia, made great memories.
Pros:

Room was clean, had a comfortable bed. Bathroom was ok. Property was very well maintained and clean. Staff was great.

Cons:

Shower was a bit small to my liking. Also we would have loved to have lunch at the pool bar but there was only toast available.

Pros:

È stato un soggiorno magnifico!! Camera molto spaziosa e sempre pulitissima, cibo di grande qualità e ristorante di alto livello. L’albergo si affaccia sul mare a abbiamo sfruttato molto la bellissima spiaggia davanti all’albergo appositamente attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni. Bellissima anche la piscina e il bar adiacente, ottimo per un aperitivo al tramonto vista mare. L’albergo dispone anche di un grandissimo centro benessere con aree relax, piscina idromassaggio e doccia emozionale. Posizione perfetta per unire una vacanza al mare senza perdersi la storia e la cultura della città di Agrigento. Personale gentile, prepratato e sempre disponibile. ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

* Esperienza meravigliosa! *
Pros:

Volevamo visitare la città di Agrigento con calma nella settimana di ferragosto e abbiamo scoperto questa struttura in zona San Leone.
Abbiamo tentennato prima di prenotare leggendo una recensione “anonima” di qualche giorno prima ma l’entità delle critiche erano effettivamente abbastanza sterili… e menomale che non ci siamo fatti influenzare!
Abbiamo usufruito di tutti i servizi che la struttura offre: la piscina riservata ai soli ospiti della struttura che garantisce privacy e tranquillità così come l’ombrellone in spiaggia sempre riservato ai soli ospiti dell’hotel, il ristorante con piatti veramente buoni e saporiti che ci hanno fatto scoprire i sapori della Sicilia, il servizio bar e una colazione che merita di essere provata vista l’abbondanza e la varietà dei cibi (sia dolce che salata).
Come ha detto Enzo Miccio: “per comprendere appieno l’ospitalità della Sicilia bisogna venirci e viverla”; noi, fortunatamente, abbiamo seguito tutte le altre recensioni positive che la struttura ha ricevuto e abbiamo constatato che la recensione Anonima è stata scritta solo per non rendere merito a chi ha lavorato assiduamente con 40-45 gradi solo per consentire agli ospiti un momento di relax e benessere che porteremo sicuramente con noi.
Grazie anche al signor Luigi che ci ha portato “a spasso” con la navetta elettrica, sempre con un sorriso allegro e accogliente!

Sarebbe bastato davvero poco x renderlo un buon e felice soggiorno.
Pros:

Stanza e posizione, fronte mare, silenziosa. Spiaggia ben raggiungibile e custodita. Pulizia della stanza ed esterno: giardino, piscina e spiaggia

Cons:

Accoglienza e reception. Staff falsamente gentile, rigido, non disponibile e poco professionale. L'ospite trattato con sufficienza e frettolosita. Veramente pessima reception

Pros:

Bellissimo hotel con una posizione molto comoda. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e con un balcone con vista mozzafiato sul mare e sulla piscina. La colazione era molto buona, con una vasta scelta per tutti i gusti, sia salata che dolce con prodotti tipici e le torte appena sfornate. Il personale gentile e tutti molto disponibili. Se cerchi un posto per rilassarti, non puoi trovare di meglio. Torneremo sicuramente

Recommending the stay there but breakfast should be upgraded
Pros:

Very clean, new and pretty furnished room, great pool bar and pool itself, a bit longer way to the beach- many many steps downhill but overall great and would recommend the stay there!

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was sadly not very variable.
When we came the room was not ready at 15:00 so we had to wait another hour at the pool to which we received one towel which was at the end counted on our bill- not very nice regarding that we didnt had our room prepared so we had to stay there.

Tout est fermé même la salle de sport
