Pros:

Perfect location to be close to the beach but tucked away in a quiet little corner. It may be an older motel, but its got good bones and is very clean, comfortable and in great condition....with modern touches where appropriate. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast is great and common areas are kept tidy. Its obvious the folks who run this motel truly care. This is our second stay here and definitely won't be our last.

Cons:

There was nothing we didnt like....unless you count having to check out and leave when it was time to go. I think we'd have stayed forever if we could have.

The hotel has a lot of good reviews, but I don’t understand how

Cons:

The room wasn’t clean and the carpet is very dirty and the room smells dirty the sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. I requested no house cleaner and they came in any way but they only removed the garbage and when I went to the front desk to complain, the owner himself told me they had a right to come in my room anytime they wanted to. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and I’ve never had that to happen. I had a lot of things in the room that I would not have left in there if I was having housekeeping.

Dirty! Yucky! Stay elsewhere!!!
Pros:

The outdoor area was nice. Not in great shape, but nice. With chairs and some sand by overlooking the water.

Cons:

Our room was very dirty. From finding pills and apple core in the floor to stained tub and towels. Not to mention the smell. Ratings said it was 8.6, which I'm still trying to understand how. It was disgusting! And of course waaaaay overprice, but I guess it was because of the 4th July holiday. I wouldn't mind paying what we did if it was at least decent, but it wasn't. I don't care for luxury, but when you pay over $300 for a room, it should at least be clean.

Great Bargain, Wonderful Trip
Pros:

Super clean, awesome staff, breakfast phenomenal! Very close to the beach. Nice pool and decorated yards near the water. We will definitely return!
