Ein sehr schön gelegenes Apartment mit tollem Ausblich und Spa-Badezimmer.
Pros:

Die Lage ist traumhaft schön! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Anlage sehr schön. Das Appartement war super schön, sauber und die Betten sehr komfortabel. Das Bad mit der Wanne mit Blick durch den Wohnbereich aufs Meer war ein wirkliches Highlight!
Schön, dass es Seife und Co im Bad gab und in der Küche Spülmittel, Geschirrtuch und Spülmaschinentabs gab.

Cons:

Der Pool ist sehr klein, der Fitnessbereich ist auch recht klein und es gibt neben einem Freihantelbereich nur ein paar Ausdauergeräte. Die Küchenausstattung ist auf das nötigste reduziert. Ein Sieb wäre toll gewesen… Die Tür zum Nachbarappartment war sehr hellhörig, so dass man die Stimmen und das Weinen des Babies gehört hat.

Pros:

I liked that the resort is located on the rocks, allowing guests to witness dramatic waves. I enjoyed exploring the rocks, there are whole ecosystems there to watch!

Cons:

The gym is a bit small. I also wished the windows had mosquito nets to be able to open them at night.

aside an inconvenience on my reservation I had, its a very nice place to stay, recommended 100%....
Pros:

a very calm place to stay, comfort and lovely people working there. excellent view.

Cons:

I left a message in bookings.com about NOT wanting a pet friendly room, they didn't make a note about it or mis understood and they didnt have a None pet friendly room available at the time I arrive.

It’s a beautiful location with great rooms but the fitness centre is way too small and no machines. The pool is not heat
Pros:

The rooms are big and spacious. Very cozy with the fireplace and nice view of the ocean. The rainfall shower head is great and a nice bath. Bathroom is big! I like that we had a balcony in the room as well

Cons:

It’s a little dated and needs a little bit of an upgrade. The gym is so small with no machines so didn’t look like the pictures at all. The pool is outside and not heated and the hot tub outside fits 2 people and there was never any space so didn’t even get a chance to use it. The service is also a little slow. I asked for my room to be cleaned a few times and it still wasn’t.

Very disappointing stay
Pros:

The location and views are beautiful. A short walk to the small town and a short walk to the wild Pacific trail.
We stayed in one of the suites, a short walk to the main building and it was lovely and very clean.
We were kindly allowed to check in early as our room was ready.
Reception and bar staff were lovely and friendly.

Cons:

We paid approx 1800 dollars for a 3 night stay without breakfast and did not feel like it was worth this. You have to pay for water in the room + use of umbrellas which we found ridiculous considering we have stayed in boutique hotels that offer these for free.
We had lunch in the restaurant and the service was shocking. We were left waiting to be seated while the waitor was standing around and there were only approx 4 tables in the whole restaurant. The staff were so slow that we had to ask them if we could place an order after waiting several minutes (it was not busy). Our glasses were empty for so long that we went and got a water jug ourselves. It did not feel like luxury or worth the money we spent. The staff were really friendly but need better training. Food was ok.
The pool is absolutely tiny for the size of the resort. You have to walk through the small gym to access this.
We had booked the hotel as we thought it would be a little bit of luxury for the end of our trip and it felt the opposite.
We had mentioned that we on our honeymoon and no acknowledgement of this by the hotel was made. We voiced this feedback when checking out so hopefully some improvements might be made, however it's obvious from several other reviews over the past few months that many of the issues mentioned are ongoing.
We would not recommend staying to friends or book again.

Pros:

Everything was outstanding. The views from everywhere in the resort were breathtaking. And our massages at the Drift spa were so relaxing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
