Pros:

Love how spacious room is and bathroom space as well.

Cons:

A couple of things they can address is one the water pressure in shower 🚿 a little too light for my liking, showers took a little longer than normal. Second they need to invest in more luggage carts to make it a little easier for unloading and loading luggage and some snacks/drinks vending machines for late night wants. And last pool needed cleaning, walls inside pool was slimey so sure it needed a treatment.

Room was spacious but did not care for hotel
Pros:

I liked the spaciousness of the room they gave us but we had been given a room where workers were in the room fixing things so we had to get another room.

Cons:

I didn’t like the entrance of the building in the back. The outside of the building does not look as nice as the picture on the website. The inside was ok but lots of vacancy space around.

Will never stay here again.
Cons:

Had to wait weeks for deposit back even though they said next day, beds were lumpy and not comfortable, no extra pillows or blanket for the pull out bed, floor had sand all over it, entrance is confusing, you have to enter on the 2nd floor and go down to the 1st for booking. Staff was rude and unhelpful, kept giving different numbers for people to call about the deposit then they’d just give the first number back to you. I’d rather stay off the island and drive in next day.

Could have been worse I guess.
Pros:

The location wasn’t bad

Cons:

There were no towels in the room, check in was a little backed up. The pool was disappointing as there was algae built up on the walls and hot tub was not hot at all.
