I like the price of the room

Cons:

I didn’t like that I paid through Booking.com and when I got to the hotel, the front desk people asked for a deposit. I’m not sure why they still did even after I showed them my booking confirmation and it clearly stated that I didn’t have to make any further payments since everything was already paid for. Then by the time of my checkout they gave me a hard time giving back my deposit because there was no record of it on the system since they didn’t make a receipt, there was other staff working the shift & I had already paid through bookings… and yes, I did ask for the receipt whenever they asked me to leave a deposit in person and on that receipt it clearly doesn’t state the $100 fee that they asked for, I proceeded to asking that front desk person about it and why it wasn’t on my receipt and they had no answer about it, but they said that check out I would receive my money which made no sense to me again because everything was already paid for through the app.

Hotel muy descuidado
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es la mejor.
Estacionamiento techado es un plus.
La atención en front desk es muy cordial
sobre la habitación, muy amplia y la cama muy confortable

Cons:

Hotel viejo y descuidado
Áreas cerradas ya sin uso, que se nota antes fueron bar y comedor.
Alberca sumamente sucia y sin mantenimiento
Habitación con muebles viejos y sucios,
En ningún momento se limpio y atendió la hab.

Me siento estafado , ni siquiera me quedé una noche, hice checkout a unas horas de haber ingresado , yo esperaba el hotel tradicional sunchase y no esta estafa de el cine hacerlo hotel, exijo mi reembolso , o pondré todo esto en la página de comentarios del hotel y de booking

Que estafen ofreciendo el sunchase tradicional , en mi caso yo conozco el hotel cuando era niño, y ahora que pensé que me hospedaria de nuevo , me salen con la.estafa que el cine lo convirtieron en hotel sunchase. Por favor, además ni un solo sarten para poder hacer desayuno , ni platos ni cubiertos y agrega que no tiene acceso directo a playa .... que mugrero , pero lo voy a poner en los comentarios de huespedes
