Dissapointed.
Pros:

The AC ok, the regular beds comfortable.

Cons:

1. Could not locate entrance. There is no sign indicating hotel entrance; confusing.
2. Drove around several minutes, walked around 1 block and asked questions to other hotels' staff to find place. When I finally located door, nothing on door indicating it was the Sunchase Hotel.
3. The lobby furniture is very filthy.
4. The rug floring on all the hotel was very filthy; except in our room, ok.
5. There was no breakfast
6. No coffee in lobby; for this they refer you to Dennys Restaurant next door. The room coffee, not appealing.
7. Pool water cloudy/dirty.
8. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. They gave me a thin blanket for cushioning. You could feel the wires thru mattress.
9. The sofa bed was stuck, staff member had to go get a bar to open it.
10. The kingsize beds had no blankets.
11. The hotel has no direct access to the beach.
12. To reach beach you need to walk about 7 blocks to it and 7 blocks back.
13. Definitely, not a hotel for disabled people (of which i am one).
The hotel needs to reupholster all lobby furniture
The hotel needs to replace all rugs on all hotel levelsand elevator.
The hotel needs to spend a little on curb appeal so guests can find the hotel.

Hotel viejo y descuidado
Pros:

La atención en recepción es buena, la ubicación es genial, parcking techado.

Cons:

A mi en lo personal me gustaba mucho pero ya es un hotel viejo y no le dan mantenimiento, los muebles de las habitaciones tienen años, afortunadamente las camas son actuales.
A la alberca no le dieron mantenimiento y era visible
