Pros:

The location was ok. What I liked about the whole ordeal would be the location. But, it was somewhat nothing included in it. No, breakfast, or anything. Staff was on a skeleton crew. The parking was ok, too. The room was very spacious. Had mirrors everywhere...if you wanted to do a video if you know what i mean...yeah you could have no problems...

Cons:

No, breakfast, the carpet was somewhat older. The bath towels were limited and small.

The stay was okay for the price but the location is the best cause from the beach it's under a mile.
Pros:

I liked the size of the room, the customer service from Christian (the manager) and the new hire that just started his 1st week and the fact that the manager accommodated us very well with my issues with the room assigned to me when I arrived.

Cons:

I didn't like the look of the shower in the room I didn't feel that it was sanitary for the wife and my 3 year old son.

That they charged me 100.00 deposit and didn’t return my deposit. I told them that why was I being charged for deposit when it was not mentioned. They said that I was getting my deposit back by 10:00 am n I checked my bank and was charged the 100.00. Sad I will let the Better Business Bureau know if I don’t get my money back.

For starters The room that we were in had a messed up A/C unit. When asked if we could move to another room they were rude about it. The toilet did not flush took them a while before maintenance came to check it out. The pull out sofa bed had brown stains on the bottom of the sheets. In other words, they don’t change out sheets just flip them upside down. Just a horrible experience and bad customer service.
