We could hear the traffic so best to take ear plugs. The bed could do with a new mattress it was lumpy.

The mattress was very hard, I like a firm mattress, but it was so hard I found it difficult to sleep. Also the room was way too hot, I adjusted the temperature down as low as I could and I also opened the window, but it didn't help.

The staff were great. The hotel was well located for our needs. The room was a decent size and had all the amenities we needed and was nice and clean.
The bathroom could have been a little bigger but that wasn't a deal breaker for us.
The lighting in the room could be better. It would benefit the hotel if the rooms had better lighting around the mirror for those wanting to do their makeup.

Overflowing toilet which night duty just told me to bang it to stop which I couldn’t do that due it would be criminal damage… had to sleep with the tv on to dilute the noise coming from toilet!!!!!! I paid £89 for this !!!!!!!! I’ve wrote a email to them and no reply they are not bothered !!!
