The room was a bit small but we were only sleeping in it so it was fine
The bathroom was snug and the shower lovely
First night we asked for more tea milk and sugar the manager provided a good supply to keep us going till the next day.
The next evening the new member of staff only gave my son an extra 4 sachets of sugar and laughed when he asked for extra.
I went and asked the receptionist and she offered me the whole box to pick as much as I liked which was a much better option than restricting what we needed.
We are big tea drinkers

Hash browns and porridge as voted by the kids! The Staff were super friendly and helpful more so than some much pricier hotels. Rooms were really clean and felt new. Would happily stay again.

It was cheap and night staff were nice, staff in the morning are very different.. Came here before and my window was Broken and because the staff "AT NIGHT" were so nice, I didn't complain and just left it - they gave me a blanket to shove by the window to stop the draft...
Never been to a hotel that doesn't give you at least a 30 mins Grace period for late check out.. Never in my life.. I was charged £20..
No water was provided in the room, then we were made to pay 6.80 pounds for only two 330 ml of water bottles at reception when we requested for water.
