Clean, tea and coffee ( but no decaf!), tv, sitting room and bar till late.
Took 30 mins to check in at 12.30 am, only got 1 towel between 2 people, no bath only shower, fire alarm test went off with no warning.

It was basic and clean.
Think it is very expensive for what you get. The rooms don’t get cleaned unless you stay longer than 3-5 day which means no tea/coffee towels etc are topped up. The hotel is in the middle of no where.
All breakfast is self serve and gets put out at 7.30 so if you go down a while after the food has been sitting there for ages.
Good layout in a very nice setting.

There was a problem with tv in 2 rooms they didn't worked properly.
Just to clarify I booked 3 rooms as we were 3 couple.
But tv is a very small thing comparing to all good things
Convenience and well set out
There was no soap in either of the dispensers in the room. For £150 per night I would expect at least a basic check that everything is working/ has been topped up. Everything else was as expected for a hotel on a business park.

Air con not working and a leaking smelly shower, smelled of urine.
Room was boiling hot, very noisy outside so couldn’t open window. Extremely hard uncomfortable bed. Smelly shower that leaked all over bathroom floor.
