Este loc de mult mai bine pentru 4 stele.!!
Pros:

Curat și personal amabil plus de ajutor cu informații.
Thomas și Jackson 🥰 (două pisici negre) care întâmpină oamenii la intrarea în recepție...pentru cine iubește cu adevărat animalele.
Însă cam atât..

Cons:

Destul de multe minusuri în cameră deci în concluzie nu aș da 4 stele ci 3 stele cu +, nicidecum 4 stele.
Locația...într-o zonă intens* circulată de vehicule, nicidecum zonă izolată.
Zgomotul de după ora 22, un mare minus la un hotel de 4 stele.!

Good location if you want piece from city noise. Taxi approx €24 into centre
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable beds with breakfast included. Friendly staff with Sunbed area. Free transfer from airport. Good stop over

Cons:

Unfortunately the days we stayed pool and pizza restaurant were closed make sure to check before booking. Transport to metro need to be booked in advance be sure to ask.

Perfect stay for a quiet get away in beautiful surroundings
Pros:

Everything. it was very well kept. Staff were brilliant polite & attentive. Lobby staff were friendly & knowledgeable. Breakfast host was also very pleasant & kind. The grounds are kept very well. The restaurant serves delicious meals.

Cons:

Can’t fault it. It was perfect 👌 Overall it was a very pleasant experience 😊

Pros:

Struttura pulita, colazione ottima, facile da raggiungere e parcheggio comodo. Personale molto accogliente

Cons:

Nessun motivo di critica. Struttura anni 80 ben tenuta.

Un bon séjour
Pros:

Personnel très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et généreux avec de superbes tartes maison.
L hotel est très confortable. Les pizzas du restaurant sont très bien.
Je recommande à l hotel d installer une prise de recharge pour véhicule électrique car il n y en a pas beaucoup en état sur Naples et sa banlieue.

Cons:

Sur 3 jours, nous n' avons pas pu profiter de la piscine, dommage, la plage horaire est vraiment trop courte. Elle est fermée le lundi, fermée tous les jours à 17h30 (et le bonnet de bain est obligatoire).

Not much of a "palace"

Not very much. Staff did react quickly to fix defects when raised

Cons:

Hotel was adequate but is not in a "tourist" area so there are no restaurants etc in easy reach. Our rooms were fairly basic but comfortable, would benefit from tea/coffee making facility or even a vending machine in the hotel lobby for example. One of our rooms was opposite the reception area so we felt we had no privacy. In the other room my group used, the refrigerator wasn't working and had to be swapped then the room had to be swapped due to the aircon unit repeatedly switching itself off and on. Internal stairs down to breakfast area had no handrail. The shuttle connection advertised runs only at 2 set times morning and evening which should be specifically mentioned on the booking.com website.. According to demand the vehicle used may only be a private car. On the one occasion when demand was higher a minibus was used but had more passengers (including children) than there were seats / seatbelts. This seemed dangerous. The restaurant menu for lunch and evening meal was fairly limited although the food was generally OK. Pizza only available in the evening. Desserts very limited (sliced mixed fruit or rock hard ice-cream)

Pros:

Het eten in het restaurant was heel lekker voor weinig geld. Kamer was heel ruim en netjes

Cons:

Het zwembad is vanaf 12j je mag er enkel in zwemmen met badmuts en geen lawaai maken sfeer en gezelligheid ontbrak er totaal het personeel was echt saai. De airco op de kamer werkte ook niet goed

Pros:

L’hôtel en lui même est très sympa. Super propre. Le personnel est adorable. Bon wifi. Très bon petit déjeuner.
Restaurant très bien aussi.

Cons:

On a choisi cet hôtel pour la navette et la piscine notamment. Le problème c’est que même si le staff est à l’écoute, la navette ne part potentiellement qu’entre 9h et 10h puis le retour s’effectue entre 19h et 20h. Sachant qu’il y a tout de même des lignes de bus à proximité. Quant à la piscine, très gros inconvénient, elle est ouverte de 10h30 à 17h30 donc clairement inexploitable quand on vient pour visiter.

Palazzina non giovanissima ma ben strutturata camere comode piscina piccolina ma utile. Personale veramente eccezionale molto disponibile in tutti i sensi dal servizio piscina bar ristorante. consigli di ogni genere dal come muoversi in città i luoghi da visitare e cosa eventualmente da evitare. Due chef eccezionali che venivano fuori a chiedere come andava e cosa o come volessimo i piatti non si può non cenare da loro piatti Napoletani fatti con tanto amore e passione

La mancanza di cestini in giro per la struttura quando devi buttare qualcosa il solo fazzoletto non c’è in cestino piscina bar ristorante solarium Hotel questo è veramente assurdo perché per buttare un fazzoletto (sporco) lo devi dare ai ragazzi al bar e loro lo prendono e lo buttano assurdo peccato costa veramente poco. Nei piu grave colazione orario 7/10 ma la persona che gestisce le colazioni alle 9/45 toglie tutto una mattina non ho fatto in tempo a prendere la frutta per 9,50 chiesta risposta finita. Ti chiede se vuoi cornetto per 6 giorni credevo fossero tutte uguali al 7 giorno mi chiede se la voglio con crema marmellata o vuota. Ma puoi? Dirmelo prima bocciato assolutamente
