Sufficiente ma migliorabile. Non è un 4 stelle superior come descritto. Aspettatevi un 3 stelle con servizi base.

Reception sempre aperta e disponibilità unica del personale anche per navetta

Cons:

La pulizia generale da rivedere, soprattutto in bagno, che per me è fondamentale ( capelli,peli,calcare ovunque ) . Non c’è riscaldamento in bagno e nessuna presa elettrica. Attenzione! La colazione insomma,tante torte( già pronte? ) ma assenza di pane/panini,niente nutella. Per cornetti e bevande si deve chiedere.

Cons:

1.если есть мебель на балконе - то она должна быть исправна 2. фото рекламирующее отель должно быть объективно реальному состоянию а не обработано компьютерной программой в выгодном ракурсе. Отель подойдёт для ночлега ( номера чистые и удобные ) но отель не рекомендую выбирать для отпуска . Травы нет-это ковры . бассейн - пластиковая ванна на подиуме из дерева . Вокруг отеля не уютно ,автосервисы и улицы !!

I would not stay there again.
Pros:

It was not in the chaotic center of town.

Cons:

Getting to the sites like Pompeii and Herculaneum were fine if you have a car. But getting into town involved expensive cab rides. No restaurants in walking distance. Our room was cruddy and unrepaired cracks from the daily earthquakes. Peeling paint. Substandard cleaning. A 3-star hotel at best. We were moved to a better room for our last night there. Still cruddy and smelly.

Breakfast was a huge array of pastries. Nothing hot - unless the surley waiter remembered to bring to some hot bread. Hard to imagine, but the cappuccinos were bitter.

MUY BUENOS DIAS EN EL RANCH PALACE HOTEL!!!
Pros:

La comida excelente, el trato de los camareros muy buena, todo de 10, recomendable cien x ciento. Retirado del centro pero de muy fácil acceso.

Me gustó todo!
