Pros:

Friendly staff. Basic, but good price value

Cons:

There was a water leak in the floor above us, causing some water into our bathroom. It was noticed and handled properly by the friendly staff.

Cons:

Für einen Mann über 1,80 Meter kaum möglich, ohne mittelschwere Überschwemmung im Bad zu duschen. Die Glasabtrennung ist zu klein.

The highlight of Sandwich
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff on arrival. The bed was ultra comfy and the room was decorated tastfully. Toiletries included were most welcome. Menu outstanding, it was hard to chose! Jay and Dannie made the restaurant experience tip top. The bar Manager made our late night tipple enjoyable and was chatty but not patronising. Have made a decision to visit again for a special occasion in the nit too distant future.

Cons:

Not having booked for a longer stay!

Stayed before, and will stay again. Rings the Bells.
Pros:

Staff super thankyou! Reception, waiting on, bar and so on.

Room 41 large and clean. Walk-in shower as requested. Rooftop views. Standard price.

Breakfast very good overall.

Restaurant, conservatory and bar areas really inviting. Just great. Plenty of seating, both comfy chairs in large reception area and dining. Good choice of beers etc.

Lunch more varied choices than the year before. So well done.

Able to get 1 of the 4 parking spaces at the front of the Hotel.

Location brilliant, right on the edge of the Town and by the Quay. So great walks to historic centre, shops or along the river.

Cons:

Room 41 on the very top floor, tight stairs, huff and puff (no lifts). Bland decor, think someone forgot to hang pictures but the curtains were new and good quality.

Shower a bit difficult to operate controls, needed "servicing"!

Two doves managed to get under sash window into bedroom open a few inches, quite exciting really. Able to check them out, and they didn't lose their deposits (a quip).

Poor Bloody Mary, not enough tabasco or worcestershirec sauce, no celery or celery salt,?no ice, no lemon. A cheap but expensive drink!

Good location but will never stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

Location was great.
Some of the staff were nice.

Cons:

Not enough staff at breakfast and all guests waiting far too long for food which then arrived warm. Majority of main Staff not friendly and practically ignored guests. Extremely rude bar manager. Room basic and very tight, shower also very small. The hotel needs a lot more care and updating.
