The room was super clean, I could not hear the noise from the street even thought we were right by the square where there were too many people out there on Sunday. The breakfast was really good !!!! staff were so helpful. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I decide to visit Toulouse.
I loved everything about this hotel specially the location, near everything. The staff were so helpful, the bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was so delicious with many choices!!!! it was just LOVELY!!!!
The best location and room I’ve stayed in on my vacation through Europe.
The location was overlooking the capital square. The AC was legit, it was like staying in an American hotel.

We stayed for one night and were very impressed overall. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Toulouse, with restaurants, shops and the main attractions all within easy walking distance. It is also only around 20 to 25 minutes from the airport by car.
The hotel has a lovely boutique feel, and we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished and exceptionally comfortable, with an excellent bed and high-quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The bathroom was particularly impressive, and the L'Occitane toiletries were a lovely touch that reflected the hotel's attention to detail.
Despite being on a busy city centre street, the room was remarkably quiet thanks to the excellent soundproofing, so we had a peaceful night's sleep.
The only disappointment came when we left for the airport. At check-out, the hotel offered to arrange transport with their driver at no extra cost, but there seemed to be some confusion and we had to follow up several times before the car arrived. We eventually shared the car with another guest and were charged €40 for the journey, which we split. In hindsight, an Uber would have been much cheaper at approximately €16. The staff were very apologetic, but it was a slightly frustrating end to an otherwise excellent stay, especially with the airport being so chaotic.
