Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel. La chambre était confortable, propre et vraiment agréable, Le personnel est au petit soin, toujours souriant, attentionné et disponible à tout moment. On se sent accueilli comme il faut dès l’arrivée. L’hôtel en général est super et bien entretenu. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour agréable et sans stress !

Habitació suite perfecte amb vista gran place, amb aminities per mascota, bonica i molt confortable

Cons:

Instal.lacions comunes molt bàsiques, WC hotel no habitació, brut els dos dies (arribada i sortida) quan no teniem habitació, zona esmorzar a l’entrada i recepció molta estona sense ningú esperant check in i check out

Perfect comfy and stylish stay in the heart of Toulouse
Pros:

Welcoming, beautifully appointed room, friendly and helpful staff (especially Lucy) and such a comfortable bed and pillows! Much more of a 5 star experience than 4 stars.

Cons:

If I was going to be picky… The decoration of the corridors didn’t match the rest of the place.

Pros:

Petit problème pour régler le chauffage, mais on nous a apporté une couette et on nous a aussi offert le petit-déjeuner, très sympathique réaction du personnel, super !

Cons:

Salle du petit déjeuner un peu petite et un poil manque de réactivité de la part du personnel pour débarrasser les tables et remettre des couverts. Nous avons dû demander de le faire…

bel établissement avec un accueil au top, très bien situé au coeur de la ville.

très bien placé l'hotel permet de tout faire à pied. tout le personnel était très accueillant et au petits soins. belle chambre bien équipée, pas de bruits extérieurs alors que nous sommes à 50 m la place du Capitole. propreté nickel, bonne literie, salle de bains au top. petit déjeuner correct, bonnes explications données à l'avance pour accéder au parking du capitole, tarif préférentiel grace à l'hotel Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

El millor hotel per anar al centre de Toulouse.
Pros:

Molt ben situat. Habitació agradable i neta. Bon aïllament acústic. Llit molt còmode. Personal de recepció disponible i eficaç. Parlen diferents llengües. Esmorzar molt bé tot i que s'hauria de reposar més ràpidament el que s'acaba. Totalment recomanable.

Cons:

L'únic punt negatiu que veig és que no tenen pàrquing propi, però tenen un conveni amb el pàrquing de la plaça de l'Ajuntament per aparcar a meitat de preu.
