Pros:

Todo el personal muy atento. La ubicación perfecta. El desayuno estuvo bien. La regadera perfecta con puerta completa, que cierra totalmente.

Cons:

El cuarto y baño un poco pequeños. Y el problema es que en el baño no hay mucho espacio para poner las cosas personales.

The Grand Balcon provided a quiet, comfortable place to stay within steps of the Capitole.
Pros:

Breakfast provided a number of delicious choices—from charcuterie and cheese to cold cereal, eggs and bacon. Excellent quality and presentation.

Excellent quiet stay in the centre of Toulouse. Perfect location.
Pros:

The hotel was excellent. Staff super friendly, room was beautiful and bed was super comfortable we slept perfect every night. Incredibly quiet considering central location. Shower fabulous too great pressure.

Cons:

If I am being incredibly picky it would be great to have a gym at the hotel however you are in the city centre so there are lots of gym facilities.

Sehr gute Lage, coole Zummer - wurden in ein Super Zimmer ungebucht, da ein anderes nicht mehr zur Verfuegung stand. Hotel reagierte 1a - informierte uns und liess Zimmer entsprechend vorbereiten. Top
