Pros:

L’emplacement au cœur de Toulouse, place du Capitole.
La taille de la chambre

Cons:

L’organisation du petit dejeuner n’est pas optimum. Un(e) chef de salle professionnel devrait gérer les étudiants qui y travaillent.
La climatisation dans les chambres ne fonctionnait pas encore (sejour lors du week-end de Pâques). Il faisait 26°.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Grand Balcon.
Pros:

Friendly welcoming staff, really central location but rooms very quiet at night. Enjoyed using the L'Occitane products, and nice touches in the room, such as the macaroons, nougat etc! Would recommend without hesitation.

Cons:

Small negative but the chairs in the breakfast area are too low for eating in a comfortable position.

The location is perfect. This must be our 5th booking at hotel. Was a little shocked at a man entering our room. The hotel changed all the key passes so it couldn’t happen again.
