Refined comfort right in the heart of the Capitole with friendly staff and outstanding breakfast!
Pros:

My sister and I spent a wonderful night and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay: our room was very comfortable, the staff friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast options were incredible. Everything exceeded our expectations. I’m already looking forward to returning!

Cons:

Nothing about our stay could have been improved.

Good location and great breakfast but poor design over substance for room facilities
Pros:

Location was extremely central, perfect.
Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice for both hot and cold, plus beverages

Cons:

Room was sadly a case of poor design in an effort to create a trendy minimalism look- e.g. no storage for second toilet roll near the loo (staff just plonked it on top of the currently used one when attending to the room) and no place to hang used towels or bathrobes that didn't need replacing in bathroom. No place to store personal shampoo/conditioner in shower. No heater in bathroom
Only a relatively narrow bench for opening/storing suitcases (had to move all the furniture around to get enough space to open mine on the floor). These shortfalls created a lot of frustration

Excelente hotel con excelente ubicación
Pros:

La habitación grande, luminosa con excelentes vistas y a pesar del ruido de la calle no se oía nada. Los productos de l’occitane buenísimos además de cafetera Nespresso y tés deliciosos. Nos dejaron unos macarons y otros pastelitos. Muchos detalles. La ubicación fantástica

Perfect central stay in Toulouse!
Pros:

Staff were so lovely and welcoming, we were upgraded! Which was so kind and made our stay even better. Our room was very close to the main square but it was quiet, and comfortable

Cons:

Had a few issues turning off the shower, but we figured it out!
