Tout a été parfait. Et avons apprécié notre séjour. En ce qui concerne l'hôtel son emplacement est idéal. Et bien qu'en plein centre ville aucun bruit ne provient de l'extérieur.
Le personnel est prévenant et à l'écoute.

L'hôtel du Grand Balcon - lieu mythique - est un incontournable de l’histoire de l'aviation et de Toulouse.

Nous y retournerons et le conseillerons à nos proches.

Excellent and comfortable in the heart of Toulouse.
Pros:

Well located by the Capitole. Everything was walking distance. Nicely designed with good quality products. Lovely Occitane bathroom products too. Very comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Nothing. I didn’t try the restaurant so have nothing to add about the food. Breakfast was fine.

Séjour chic et confortable au centre ville
Pros:

Tout. Chic, propre, personnel souriant et accueillant , literie confortable, un petit mot personnalisé dans la chambre, des macarons, … et le tout en plein centre ! Rien à redire. Des hôtels comme on en aimerait plus souvent.

La ubicación es fabulosa, cerca de los sitios de interés y del aparcamiento subterráneo de la plaza del Capitolio. Albornoz y zapatillas como detalle del alojamiento; agua, café y macarons de cortesía. Encantado con el establecimiento.
