Pros:

Plusieurs échanges rapides par courriel avant mon arrivée pour répondre à les questions. La chambre était toute petite. Et, c'est parfait, car j'étais seule. J'aurais pu aller sur le petit balcon derrière prendre l'air vite fait.

Cons:

Je n'ai jamais trouvé le stationnement du parc, mais il m'a aidée à en trouver un autre. Il semblait préférer que je prenne l'ascenseur alors que je préférais les escaliers (même pour aller au 3e étage), je ne sais pas pourquoi. Mais, l'ascenseur ne me rendait pas à l'aise. Ça donne un assez gros coup en arrivant en haut. J'ai tout de même pris les escaliers par la suite. La petite chaufferette roulait à fond, l'air etait très chaud dans la chambre. Heureusement, j'avais le contrôle sur l'appareil.

- personne sur place de 23h a 9h
- très sale : rideau de douche, plancher, bords de fenêtres, calorifère plein de fils d'araignées.

The location is okay for me.

Cons:

I didn't like the way staff can block the money on credit card. Take longer to get money back. I think, before the clients decide to leave, staff should check the room, not behind.

Pros:

L'emplacement est vraiment Top à quelques minutes du métro Sherbrooke ou de la gare routière et non loin du centre ville, à quelques pas du quartier des spectacles.

Cons:

Le plancher grince énormément ce qui peut être gênant la nuit..

Pros:

All of the facilities were clean and worked well. Staff was very accommodating when my train ran late.

Cons:

Bathroom was very narrow and weirdly shaped. The room's AC was just ok.
