Great location if you want to be close to downtown
Pros:

The location is great, relatively close to all attractions, the owners were very helpful, the rooms were very clean, just renovated, we had a little balcony with street view, there is a big park in a walking distance, and free overnight parking on the other side of the street!:))

Lors du check-in, il n arrivait pas à trouver ma réservation et information et ce, même si j ai rempli le formulaire en ligne! J ai dut montrer tous mes courriels! Mon dépôt de sécurité a été facturé donc j espère que ce sera remboursé. La chambre était croche, très croche.... La base du lit était environ 30 cm plus courte que le matelas donc le lit craquait à tous mouvements !!! Vu que le plancher est croche, le lit est sur un angle donc mon conjoint a presque tombé du lit 3 fois en se tournant !!!! Il avait des taches de , je ne sais quoi sur la couverture, genre salive ou autre séché. Nous nous sommes couchés habillés. La réception était très insalubre. L'ascenseur très dangereuse.... Une personne nerveuse ne peut l utiliser!!!! En conclusion, un inspecteur en bâtiment devrait aller faire un tour dans cet établissement !!!!! Plusieurs rénovations sont requises malheureusement

Excelente relación calidad-precio
Pros:

Buena ubicación cerca del metro y un Supermercado SuperC. Para ser uno de los más baratos de la zona, estuvo muy bien, baño privado cafetera, calentador y ventilador. Cobijas, baño y toallas limpias. Me devolvieron el dinero de prenda al siguiente día sin problema

Cons:

Olor a tabaco en los pasillos a pesar del letrero de no fumar, leve olor a humedad en la habitación

If you are looking for solid and cheap place to stay for a few nights, go for it!
Pros:

The room was solid, it was organized and nice when I arrived. The bed was ok, the shower was ok. It's a very average hotel/experience. I booked last minute and it was cheap and the location was really good, close to the subway station and easy to find! Overall fine for the 2 nights I slept there.

Cons:

There was hair on the wall of the shower (I'm assuming from a previous stay), the blanket did have some stains also.
The walls are really thin so you kinda listen to everyone around you, which is pretty annoying but again, for the price and the nights I spent there, it was no big deal.
