Ideal for travelling through or for a short day with car to visit Mobile
Pros:

Plain, simple and quiet with lots of parking. Inexpensive. Go into it with your head up. No pool, designed for those travelling through.

Cons:

Not much to dislike really. It might’ve been nice to have some dining in the evening there, but that’s a tiny niggle because there are plenty of other places to eat if you want to get back in the car.

I wont book with any other chain. Yall spoil me. This is the standard.
Pros:

The lobby was beautiful and clean. The room was big and clean. Had a mounted big tv. The tub wasnt corroded. Breakfast was good and hot. I loved everything about my stay.

Cons:

I did not like that I was standing at the check in counter when the staff member was on the phone with another person. She hung up and asked the person standing behind me could she help him. Completely disregarding me being before him. Luckily the man said, no, she was here first. He only had a drink to purchase but how dare you take someone before me without even acknowledging me and asking if it was ok if you took the man behind me first.

The size of my room

Cons:

It’s was in a hard to find spot especially because I’m unfamiliar with the area. The first room I checked into had a broken AC, stained bed, and it smelled really gross.

My stay at HI Express was a great experience and the hotel’s location was perfect for our destination.

Cons:

Bed was not as comfortable as mine at home. Woke up with sore ribs and back.
