Great value for a quick last minute trip!
Pros:

The location is very good. It is right in the middle of all the things we like to do in the area. I like that we were able to make reservations the same day that we needed a place to stay, because not being from the area, we were unfamiliar with where we wanted to stay.

Bed was comfy. Facility was clean. We were there less than 12 hours, so not much to say.

Easy to book online, right off I-40. Takes dogs. Nice area to walk dog.

The staff at the front desk we’re very nice and welcoming. Had no trouble checking in or out.

Great location, great price, excellent staff, and I will use again.

It was a good stay ……booking agent on phone

Tried to get into my room
15 minutes before I needed to be gone
They can chill and wait

There were 2 used old bars of soap that someone
Put on top of the ledge in the shower
They had been there awhile
They must not have noticed them

FINALLY…..the booking.com agent on the phone
was rude and high pressure
She quoted me a price $50 higher than what
Was showing on the website …she claimed taxes
Then told me I could not pay for the room when I arrived …I told her the website said I could
She claimed that since it was almost sold out
I could not pay at the hotel ….i told her she was full of shit…..I waited 5 minutes and then booked the room ONLINE ….at the CHEAPER price
And I could have paid at the hotel that option was
available …but I chose to pay then with PayPal
If you’re gonna use customer service people in another country, you might wanna tell them to quit trying to drive the price up and not be rude

Pros:

Location was great. Waffle machine was a big hit.

Cons:

There is breakfast but get there early if ya want something warm. Eggs, sausages & potatoes were gone by 8:00 and female desk clerk didn’t care about refilling anything. Also, condiments were questionable….totally out of sugar for my hubbies coffee.
