Room was dirty, My key to my room wouldn't work we tried new keys only their master key would work couldn't change rooms cause they had none so someone always had to be in the room so we could get back in they didn't even try to make it right

It was conveniently located.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t properly cleaned before we were assigned to it. Someone ate something and got some on the chair, floor, and it was in the trash can.

would never stay again. considered leaving that evening

decent parking, easy to get in and out of the location.

Cons:

breakfast didn't start till 9 which we didn't stay for because i was ready to get out of there. staff are not friendly, feel it's "just a job". booked for pool specifically... it was tiny and NOT OPEN. Back door area full of trash. Back door broken, not requiring hotel key to enter. Made front desk aware and she said "oh yeah I think somebody broke it, but I'm watching cameras." Did not feel safe. same back door opening and closing LOUDLY ALL night. Washer machine and dryer down the hall could be heard ALL NIGHT. Used cup left in mini fridge. Sauce dip cup on floor under LOUD ac machine. Charged another $50 for booking through 3rd party site, which is supposed to be refunded (but hasn't yet).

First if all they charged me $50 extra for security deposit. I was not expecting that. The room is ok for the price. The bathroom was not appealing. The toilet set had stains. The floor baseboards and corners are dirty. Bath tab has hair all over the places …
