Location
Was dirty, old and ac was very loud at night.
We did not stay. We couldn't. We need a refund . I took video. Place was decrepit, dirty debris in microwave. Phone broken. Toilet looked dark brown stained. The fridge eas scratched as if it an animal trying to claw food out. It was horrific.
We left. The owner said we would not be charged but we were.rase refund us, ooling.com. please dont send anyone else there. Or is literally a. Nightmare in the so called accessible room. Truly disgusting.
The entire place needs a makeover.the motel like door rooms have gaps under them that critters could easily slip through. I have never been inside an dirtier or older room.
Avoid at all costs. Toilet was broken. I didn't check the water.
The room was very comfortable and clean.
I was charged twice for one night, I spoke to a Jerry at the time of check in, and was told that my card didnt go through, but I showed him my account and he see it. He told me that one charge should fall off and be part back into my account which im watching for, and I will be getting back with you if this doesn't happen in a few days.
Location
It could use a little more TLC. Shower caulk could be replaced. A door jam must have been backed into and needs to be replaced or repaired.
Clean room.. nice staff..
Hotel is right off 95 for those that need a break from driving. Room was clean and comfortable. Although it did smell like cigarette smoke. TV worked great for my short stay. Price of room was competitive.
Smell of room was bad. Entry door had a big gap when closed. This could possibly scare some folks into moving to another room. Left early in the morning so I missed breakfast.
Bed was comfortable and clean
I understand remodeling But: Phone didn't work in room, door had a big crack and you could see lots of daylight around it. 2 people arguing or fighting outside about 11pm, then at 12:15am, couple parked in front of our room and was arguing off and on for quite awhile (2 African American males and a Caucasian female, driving a Grey car with New Jersey plates) We stay at Quality Inn lots all over U.S. no issues but this one needs help desperately.
Location is good. Just a little dated.
They need to rehang the door to my unit.
The costumer services was amazing
The room smell weird but not too much
I really enjoy my stay here and the staff were amazing.I will be looking in coming back sometime soon
Property needs renovations. Door didn't have a tight seal,
This room was not worth the $90 I was charged. I had to park my car in the front of the building and walk around the dark corner to the back of the building. As soon as I walked around the corner it smelled like a group of 10 had all smoked the biggest joints of their lives. Upon entering the room it was an immediate shock as nothing looked like the pictures. My room was an adjoining room with someone I didn’t know. The occupants in the other room had small kids and a baby. The gap around the adjoining door was so bad that it felt like the crying baby was in our bed all night. I was woken up around 2 am to the smell of probably that earlier group smoking the 2nd largest joint of their lives. The smell was coming from not only the gap in the interior door, but also the gap in the exterior door. Our entire room and all of our belongings smelled like weed by the time we left the room at 7 am. I understand that the weed could possibly be a chance encounter and not the responsibility of the motel, but the inside of the room and maintenance is completely the responsibility of the motel. I wish I could attach photos of the rusty fixtures and outlets to give you the warning to not touch anything metal in that room. Anything that had metal on it was rusted. I’ve recently had a tetanus shot, but I still didn’t take any chances. The shower also had a leak in the ceiling. Who knows where that water was coming from. My husband and I will never stay in a Quality Inn again.
The bedding was clean and check-in was friendly, but it was noisy with door seals not in tact and concerning tenants. The shower, light fixtures, and doors are in dire needs of upgrades
