Would not stay again
Pros:

Close to the beach

Cons:

It was so noisy that my partner was still awake at 2.30am. We do not expect silence as we sleep with the tv on for background noise.

Good value for one night stay
Pros:

For the value you get what you paid for overall the establishment was good for the building age after reading many reviews I was abit sceptical however was relieved. The complaints seem to be mostly silly needless negative reviews.

Cons:

WiFi passwd didn't work, floor boards very creaky but that said natural for holder building

To be honest there was nothing I liked

Cons:

Lots of things for the start the man that runs it is so rude didn’t say 1 word to us, Up in the bedroom it was filthy skirting board thick with dust, The walls had marks & dirt on them, the carpet had dirty stains on, The bed had dried urine stains along wjth pillows the tv didn’t work properly and had hardly any llllļlllj

We had a very uncomfortable stay.
Cons:

We were unable to contact the property to inform them of our check in time either by phone or message.

We had to move to a different room because we were freezing cold.

The room was not very clean. The toilet had excrement in it. The duvet was stained. The corridors smelt strongly of cigarette smoke.

The bathroom shower was broken.

Would not recommend should be better and the basics were not right, needs investment!

Cons:

The room had not been cleaned properly! I had to clean everything, stains on the walls, handles, shower base, (the shower curtain rail were off their slots), shelves, bathroom door, grubby marks everywhere, the carpet was badly worn and had visible large holes! The table had to be cleaned top and bottom(was really bad) light switches and the entrance door! and outside of the wardrobe. Only had one poor quality towel
To be honest I would not stay here again, glad I only endured this for 4 nights.
